Everything is good except the seats are tightened no rooms for the legs,

The flight crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the seats were comfortable and roomier than many other airlines.

Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats

The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.

They lost my bag and I still haven’t received it yet

They lost my bag and I still have not received it

Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.

Safe and stable made me sleepy and I slept and dreamt 😂😂😂😂

Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Our AC flight was canceled not once but twice on the same day to Quebec City at Toronto Pearson Airport. 2;30 AC and 9;40PM AC flight. After having our 2:35 flight canceled, we were bumped the second time because of large student groups visiting Quebec City. We were sent to Montreal on an 11:30 flight which landed close to 12:45AM. We were given a hotel room at the Marriot Hotel next to the airport. We had less than 4 hours sleep before we being taken to the airport for our 7AM flight to Quebec City. We didn't have much time to use our vouchers given for breakfast once we had cleared customs for the 2nd time since leaving Toronto Pearson Airport. We missed a full evening in Quebec City and lost our hotel room for the night. We were exhausted the next day and missed an excursion we had planned. My wife and I are both seniors in our seventies, and we weren't happy to be treated in this manner. Air Canada could have used a larger plane to accommodate us and the other ten or so people that were bumped from their flight to Quebec City in order to accommodate student groups. We will endeavor never to fly Air Canada again in future and we will not recommend flying with this airline to our friends and families.

Better to not serve food if those are the options

It was a good experience flying Air Canada for the first time

They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Flight attendants were ok. But it was a full flight.
