The A330-200 was showing its age but otherwise this was a pleasant flight with friendly crew. The meals/snack provided were pretty good.

were we seat it was freezing cold we even got sick. We asked the flight attending why it was so cold and she said she will take care of it and it got worse.
Crew was great. However the seat I had would not recline and stay put. It would spring back to upright. Hopefully they can check the seats and maintain them. Otherwise the plane is clean and the crew is very friendly.
Boarding in Seattle is always a mess. Sat in Deltas new domestic first class cabin. Everything was great except I found the seat cushion to be fairly uncomfortable. I’m a bigger guy so take that into mind (6’2” / 300 lbs.). Crew was meh.

715PM departure was 2.5 hours late. Received hotel & food voucher but after we already booked a room. Entire team just seemed like they were 2-3 steps behind in execution, and notifcations.
Not much food service - comfort + seat wasn’t that comfortable
We we bumped from an earlier flight, so we had a 7 our layover in Atlanta. Driving home at 1 am after 26 hours of traveling was dangerous!
Checking bag line was super long and confusing the Immgration line was super long the airport at mbj need better management etc
The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ
The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.
One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...
It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.
I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
one of my bags was drenched with fish smelling water and all my new clothes bought at dublin and the 23kg checked in bag were all gone waste with very pungent fish smell and also having stains
At the transit could be less time not like 12 hour 6 hours the mix should be 4 hour, thanks
The Crew have no idea about the food they're serving the passengers. The Crew MUST be instructed before each flight about the menu that will be served to the passengers, whether the food is vegetarian or non-vegetarian, whether it is Halal, Kosher or not.
Everything in general was great, but we left 30 minutes late
we were late to get to this connecting flight and SWISS decided to wait for us . Very nice of them
SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.
The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.
Everything from the price to online checkin and the flight being on time to the crew and food was very good. The comfort level is fine--the seats are very close to each other in Economy. But I guess you get what you pay for.
Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.
Horrible experience. I was apparently picked at random for a security screening - that was the most demeaning experience I have had in my life with a guy poking and prodding and having me take off my shoes, move up my pants so he could swab my legs - telling me I couldn't bring more than some quantity of cookies - I had 3 boxes of cookies in my luggage. In the end he did let me keep them but that was really uncalled for. Harrassment in the name of security.
They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.

Our original business class flight was cancelled so we not only downgraded but we were also spread out across the plane not sitting together in separate middle seats. My poor kids were scared and couldn’t see me on the flight and the crew wasn’t sensitive to the situation and what the airlines did to us. Very dissatisfied with United airlines.
Delayed flights. Missed connections. Inadequate rebooking timeframes. Incompetent customer service agents. Rather than a 70 minute flight home, I had to drive for 5 hours, arriving home at 4am — epically bad experience with United that I won’t soon forget.
Love flying United have being using United for over 12 years and always delivers value.
Sitting in 1A I can honestly say, that being a first class seat the leg room is sub par. The crew was attentive and friendly. Food was a a cheeseburger with fries. Fries on an airplane came as expected: no very crispy 😉
United Premium Plus or Premium Economy was almost twice the price as regular Economy, but the value is much worse. The seat is a bit wider and more comfortable. but not by much. The food was not good, felt like cheap fast foods on a little bit of silverware. The flight attendance service was the worse, not much attention to passenger, no helping of any kind. All in all, United Premium Plus is not worth its price, and was much worse than its Asian or Europe counter parts.
Entertainment system did not function screen kept trying to reset. There was no beverages handed out luckily it was short flight.
On long flights with semi-comfortable seats the airline needs to accommodate for the need to stand up. Otherwise a fight becomes pure torture. Not even business class provides for that.
The Flight was good, pilot seemed very skillful. My wheel chair sister who could barely walk was allotted the second last seat in the aircraft, with great difficulty she managed to reach on her seat, as she required attendance we were given separate seat, even on request no one cared, so much so there were single passengers who were given twin seats. May not be taken as complaint but a reminder to the checkin staff to keep in mind in future the allottment of wheel chair passengers seats.
The flight and staff was very good However: we could not check in using the website. We got the reminders and updated information but could not check in on either flight. And we did have the United App. Also just a tip for fellow travelers - going through customs in Chicago Ohare Airport it terrible.
I had always heard bad reviews about United Airlines so I have always avoided them when traveling. Little did I know that when I booked my flight with Swiss Air they would swap it to a United Airlines flight. The change was made only days before my departure leaving me no option to cancel or get a refund. I hoped for the best but experienced the worst. I paid for 2 seats for my daughter (13)and i to travel together. Both times leaving from home airport and returning from vacation, they sat us apart from each other: different seats and rows far away where we couldn'teven see or waive at each other. There was no option to change because by the time you're allowed to check-in the only seats available next to each other cost nearly $200 each. I stomached the extra cost from the first flight hoping the return flight would be better. No chance! The return flight was worse. I was sandwiched for an 9 hour flight between 2 stangers while my 13 year old sat 5 rows down . Just horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN will i fly Swiss Air or United Airlines ! So disappointing.
It was good. They ran out of snacks, which we didn't get the first time through. Free movie selection was great. Glad my husband had extra headphones with him. Airplane was still cramped, but we survived. I had to squish between him and another man. I'm glad I was smaller than them, but still tight.
Air Canada domestic flight is so so and is not conformable at all. Air Cañada international flight is Ok. The crew of international flight is more experienced and the plane is a bit better.

Bad. Staff needs training on hospitality. I was on emergency flight and being s vegetarian had no food served. Air Canada should carry at least additional neutral trays of food.
Terrible. The plane is old and not well kept. Very small, no leg space or comfort. And the prices to and from Bermuda re criminally high.

I didn’t get to go on my flight. I cracked a rib and tried to contact kayak Air Canada and United Airlines and everyone gave me the runaround. No one reached back out to me and I couldn’t go on my trip. I have used kayak in the past to book flights, but I will never do it again because that experience of trying to get a hold of someone to explain my situation was awful. Everyone gave me the runaround that I did speak to and no one was helpful and kayak was unreachable.
my flight was a very good experience until i mossed my connecting flight and the money from my luggage was stolen and i want this resolved coz i need my 400 cad with my other currency collections back.
Crew was very nice. Food was below average. Entertainment choices limited. Screen size very small. Sleeping blanket small and not adequate in business class.
