Pros:Friendly staff, easy drop off, availability of awd vehicleCons:Windows and mirrors had dried up water spots that made it hard to see to drive safely, but mentioned it to a staff and she cleaned it as best as she can and apologized.Reviewed 16 Mar. 2021

Cons:The car was not satisfactory. I did not receive the type of car I paid for (BMW 3 series) or given suitable substitute. The car I was given ran poorly and had the check engine light illuminated. Under anything more than delicate acceleration the car barely ran and a “wrench” alert was displayed. Not satisfied!!Reviewed 15 Mar. 2021
