Great workers there! I was there on Monday 12/26 at the height of the Southwest Airlines foolishness and the workers were terrific despite multiple people trying to get cars. I mistakenly reserved my rental for a week later and the lady was able to fix my issue and get me a van for my family that day. I can not say enough how grateful I am for Budget. The line to pick up the car was very very long and the office was short staffed. The car that I initially reserved was not available and so I ended up in something much bigger. The woman who Was working and helping me was very very nice. Her name was Maya. She made it to smoothest it could possibly be based on the office being short staffed. Two things could have been improved: 1. After making an initial reservation (daily rate of $66/day), I initiated action to update my reservation with flight info, etc. and Budget automatically refreshed my daily rate (up to $77/day). And I received an email from Budget thanking me for updating my info! I did not appreciate the increase from the original agreement. 2. The vehicle I received at the Denver airport turned out had brakes that shuddered when applied. It was particularly irritating as we traveled in the mountains on I-70 west to Frisco then south to Buena Vista.Reviewed 18 Oct. 2022

Nice new car, but neglected. Rear hatch was broken. Air in tires was low, as was the windshield wiper fluid. The low tire warning came on when I was out in the boondocks with no cell service. I made it back to town and after 5 stops, found a station with air to fill tires. Neglect.... The people at the pickup location, and dropoff, were great. Good: Car was clean. Bad: I lost the car key. I spent hours on the phone, got conflicting guidance, and they charged me a small fortune. Don't ever lose your key (ever) and I recommend trying a different rental car company.Reviewed 12 Sep. 2022
