Was not able to pick up car and trying to find anyone at Kayak to help was horrible. Got transfer multiple times and then hung up on. Will have to start looking elsewhere for my travel needs.Reviewed 2 Jul 2026

Perfect. A little wait for the exact request. Assurances from staff did not get passed up to the manager of the day. Note to self: for special request call each day for preceding three days to verify communications are in the record.Reviewed 26 Jun 2026

I never got to even rent the car. I had no idea that if you live in Colorado you can’t rent cars for a day trip to the mountains. I had no clue. What a hassle. Why not just say that on their website upfront about local residents not being able to rent cars.Reviewed 13 Jan 2026
