BNA Dollar staff exceeds expectations!
Pros: Mario, Jerry and Carlton where just a few of the staff that went above and beyond to accommodate my ever-changing itinerary. Their compassion and understanding helped me rearrange my Dollar rental. I greatly appreciate their help! Thank you Bryan Kyley Sanford
Cons: Even though the convertible I had confirmed months in advance wasn't available, they gave me a better option at a fair price.

Watch out for erroneous charges on your bill after you leave
Pros: The guy that checked the mileage and gave us our receipt was great, it was afterwards that we had issues.
Cons: After we dropped it off and signed a bill for the initially agreed amount; they add a cleaning fee and then another "excessive cleaning fee" for double the rental cost! Shady characters, corporate customer service "can't" take it off, so I have to track down the manager from the actual branch.

Poor experience picking up
Cons: No one was in the dollar section of the terminal pickup. Walked out to the car reception area and the attendant was rude and condescending and sent me on my long walk back to the counter where two people were working, but under the thrifty banner and not near the dollar counter. So more confusion getting car. Got the car and made the long walk back to get the care. He was still crabby. Another patron was forced to do the same with her 85 yr old mother struggling to walk. I told the manger to shift there people to be under the dollar section and the thrifty to show a presence in both brands. I got in the car and it smelled like a smoker car. Really stunk. So placed dryer sheets to mask the smell for my 2 younger kids. Your passenger rear tire base a slow leak and spent $3 fixing it. Horrible customer service, poorly conditioned vehicle, and lack of emphathy from every employee.

Pros: The size of the car and trunk space. I liked that there were several different cars available and I could sit in each one before choosing. Employees were very helpful.
Cons: The big price increase for picking up at one airport and dropping off at another.
