Pros:We did not like a thing about it. Was the worst experience we have ever had with a car rental. The car wasn’t there at the scheduled time and day of pickup. The staff literally lied to us and sent us to another location at Muressford which is about 20 miles away. Of course, there wasn’t a car available there either!! Cons:Very-y slow picking up and dropping vehicle. Called 3 days prior to pick to reconfirm prepaid reservation and was told chances are, they will not have a car for me even after reserving months earlier. Showed up anyway and thankfully there was a car. Car was half washed and the front tires were extremely worn literally bald thru half the tread. Didn’t notice until hours after I picked up. Pros:Nothing, nothing, nothing!!!!Cons:EVERYTHING!!! Customer service was awful, the guy just didn't want to try to work. He just wanted to sit there until the store closed. He didn't even want to look at his computer. He didn't even try to help us! Communication was terrible. Um, maybe notify that there were zero vehicles available before paying an uber to drop us off at the location I was told. No one was available to speak to when I tried to resolve this problem by calling customer service. My whole company uses Hertz. I book rentals for the executives and directors quite a lot. With this personal experience, I'm canceling our membership! I need my money back and some more for inconvenience. This is bad. This location, 3100 Charlotte Ave, Nashville, TN needs to be shut down.
