Pros:Easy access to the rental facility. Prompt shuttle for return to airport. Received my emailed receipt within 1 hour of the return of the van.Cons:I had arranged to rent a 6 passenger van prior to our vacation. There was a shuttle from the Denver airport to the rental facility but we had to wait about 30 minutes for it to arrive, several other shuttles (Hertz, Alamo, Budget) made 3 pickups while we were waiting for ours to arrive. We were waited on as soon as we arrived at the rental facility, however, the van we rented was completely filthy inside and out (papers, dirt and food on the floor) and we had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. The experience was OK, but I will probably not rent from EZ again as I have had better experiences from other rental agencies.Reviewed 26 Jun. 2016

The gave me the wrong type of carCons:I booked an economy 2 wheel drive for a skiing week in the Colorado mountains online. I've arrived to pick it up from the Colorado Airport location, past midnight and after a flight. After asking me where I was going, the recipient told me that I have to get a 4 wheel drive, according to the law, and because of the snowy conditions. I've added another $175 for the upgrade, got a Toyota Rav4, and went on my way. A day before returning the car, I got stuck on a uphill slope on a highway in the Colorado mountains during a snow storm, with the wheels spinning in place on the snowy road, unable to move the car. After being stuck for a while in the snow storm (in the remote mountains!), a highway patrol happened to come by, rescued me and helped me get over the uphill section. From there I drove very slowly until I got to a ski area's parking lot where I was able to stop safely. I turns out, that the Rav4 that they gave me was actually a 2 wheel drive version! After seeking help in vein (nowhere to buy snow chains or anything), with an almost empty phone battery, worrying that I won't be able to get back to my hostel, or out of the mountains, I've managed to call EZ, and they've sent me an actual 4 wheel drive as a replacement car, that got there after 3.5 hours. I've lost hundreds of hard earned dollars for a day of skiing, having paid for accommodation, rental gear and a ski pass, and of course the additional $175 for the car upgrade! When finally returning the car I've complained at their reception, and being asked to see the manager, the receptionist told me he wasn't available (shocker), and that they'll credit me with compensation for the false upgrade (hasn't happened yet). I wonder if they ever will, and if it will include the money that I've lost for the activities that I paid for and didn't get to do because of their mess up, not to mention being stranded in the mountains during a snow storm, having my life at risk.Reviewed 4 Feb. 2018

Not worth the few dollars we savedCons:There was spit up dip all over the cup holder and just smelled gross! I was told by an agent that they had no economy class car just a upgraded to luxury but then I was able to book online just fine for an economy car. They also made me feel very uncomfortable when picking up my car and super pushy on all there extras! Honestly we could have saved more going somewhere else the warranty that covers the car was double what it costed to rent it!Reviewed 4 Dec. 2017

Cons:In all my years of traveling I have never experienced anything like this. I was guaranteed a car when I arrived I was told it was not available but could upgrade to the car i wanted for an additional fee. Similar situation to other customers that day. Upon my return nobody could instruct me where to drop off the car, went inside the gentleman at the counter told me to leave it right where it was and they would email me a receipt. To date I have yet to get a receipt but my credit card was charged an additional 320 dollars. When I called no one can give me an explanation as to the charge.Reviewed 24 Feb. 2018

Beware of this company. The WILL rip you offPros:Nothing.Cons:To begin there was no car when I arrived and they welooked e absolute unapologetic about not having car for my wife and I. There were also almost a dozen other customers they didn’t have cars for. At 1am customers were rightfully upset. The manager lost complete control of the situation and an employee threatened to physically remove anyone who did not leave. Needless to say this is unacceptable for any company but we have filed several complains with the company and not ONE representative has returned our calls. Don’t believe just us, look up their horrible reviews on yelp, google etc. This company is arguably the single worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Pros:The car we were given was nicer and bigger than I expected and the staff was very nice!Cons:We had a late flight and got to the rental place about 10pm--there were probably 10 people waiting in line at that time and only 2 agents so we were there probably 30 minutes waiting to get the car--anxious to drive another hour to our destination!Reviewed 16 Jul. 2016
