Sloooooow shuttle service; more than 30 minutes. Staff says shuttle runs on loop. Shuttle driver insists staff has to request shuttle. Phone always going to voicemail--took more than 6 calls to get a live person. Had to request shuttle 4 times. Indifferent initial employees-blame shifting for problems. Car rented had mechanical problems within 2 miles of renting. Economy Rent a Car were the ones who fixed my issue, while Kayak could not be reached. I will never do business with kayak again. No customer support what so ever as you make it so difficult to talk to someone to resolve booking issues.Reviewed 12 Sep. 2023
