It's extremely inconvenient that they'll only rent if you have a credit card, and this isn't plastered all over the check out page. It's a stupid company that won't take cash on the table, because it's not a credit card. Charge more for non-credit transactions, fine, but to make me waste money on two Ubers just to be told 'sorry, it's in our TOS that you can't rent without a credit card', with no obvious mention of this during checkout is absurd.Reviewed 5 Feb. 2023

They did not have a car for my reservation at noon. Was told they likely would within 30 min so I suggested I go to lunch then come back. When I returned was told it could be another hour, but they could not guarantee it, it might be longer because some other employee needed to go to lunch, and blah blah blah. Awful experience… one of the drivers forgot their license… Enterprise said no problem, just go to any enterprise location and add the driver… several hours and two locations later no results. We had picked it up from the airport which was 30 miles away but if we were told only airport location could add drivers then we would have just gone back to it. Also, we’re told someone would call us if any issues. When we didn’t hear and called, we’re to had to go to airport. We get there next morning, delaying our trip by another few hours, only to be told it had been done already the day before. What a royal mess. They did offer to waive 15$ fee to add a driver though!!!Reviewed 25 Dec. 2021

I didn’t like nothing about renting from Dallas , I rent from enterprise all the time . They made me keep my renter longer than I needed , extra charge me . Took the deposit for no reason and tried to say tax remind you I rent from them All the time they give you two totally The amount & the amount with the deposit . They charged my card 800 dollars for 6 days when it was suppose to be 638 with taxes . This was the worse experience with enterprise EVER .Reviewed 22 Jul. 2021

Cons:Customer Service at pick up tried every trick to upsell me including blatantly lying. Made re-book twice online or face paying in additional $70. Then he dropped it to $50, then $20. Then finally honoured my agreed upon price. Pick up could have been 5 minutes. Enterprise upsell tactics turned pick up into 45 minutes and me being late to an event.Reviewed 5 Jul. 2021
