Pros:The staff at the JFK Enterprise location was absolutely fantastic. Jesse was the man who checked us in and he really made it easy for us. We made a mistake with the return of our reservation - we accidentally booked a round trip instead of a one-way rental - and he fixed it quickly and with no extra charge to us. We also had tons of bags and he offered to pull the car around so we didn't have to carry them all to the car. He really went above and beyond to make the pick-up process easy for us and was extremely friendly. The car was very clean and ran very well!Cons:Nothing!Reviewed 29 Jul 2020
