Pros:I did appreciate the ease of this rental. To be be honest I didn’t get a chance to really evaluate this .Cons:There was confusion , possibly my lack of understanding on how these work. My confirmation said date of pickup and 12 pm. Then it said fate of drop off 12pm I incorrectly assumed this was a predesignated time to pick up. I was wrong in that this time was time of closure. Very frustrating. Did say this anywhere time of closure. Maybe this needs to be clearer for those of us who don’t use these sites on a regular basis.Reviewed 26 May 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful. Pick up time took awhile and they did not have the vehicle I booked, but was able to work with me and gave me a good deal with something similar or yet better. Drop off was easy and quick.Cons:The vehicle wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (saw few stains on leather seats, dirty foot prints on back seats, and the drivers seat belt had a strong perfume smell. So I had to clean and sanitize myself esp during this pandemic I wanted to make sure everything was wiped down good before my road trip. It seemed like the car was just used before pickup so it looked like they did a quick wipe down of the car before I took it. In the end, I’d say the cleaning part could have been better.Reviewed 11 Aug 2020
