Quick and easy, attendant at desk was helpful and friendly. I just wish vehicle was wiped down. door handles, steering wheel, and windshield had some filth from the previous passenger. Not crazy dirty, but in these times it wouldn’t hurt to do a quick 2 min wipe down w some Lysol wipes on general areas. Other than that I was very satisfied with service and vehicle.Reviewed 11 Sep. 2023

In one word….HORRIBLE!! There was only one agent at the counter and about 20 people waiting in line. It took me approximately 90 minutes to reach the counter. When I finally reached the counter he told me that there were no cars available for Payless. I needed that car for a trip at 4:00 AM. He tells me at 11:30 PM when all other counters were closed or closing. He could have made an announcement while people were waiting in line. It would have saved me a hour and a half in time and given the opportunity to rent elsewhere. Very poor customer service. I don’t think I’ll use Payless Car Rental again.Reviewed 14 Aug. 2023

The key fob was inoperative which made it difficult to lock and unlock the car without setting off the alarm. Otherwise the car performed without issues.Reviewed 9 Jul. 2023

Drop off was great. car ran well. did well on gas. But picking up the car took a while. We did not know, nor were there any signs that stated Payless was the same line as Avis and Budget. we stood around waiting for someone to come to the desk. we know for next time.Reviewed 1 Jun. 2023

Overall it was good but i had requested one hour of extra time. With four days of rental one hour extra would have been better but they said they will charge one whole day if it’s even 10 mins late. So hd to sit on airport for long. Otherwise it was good .Reviewed 20 Dec. 2021
