There was one person working at counter and when finally serviced the car we received was dirty and had a maintenance light come on while we were driving through the desert . Did not feel secure. For the price I paid , I would have expected better . While I waited in line the 2 people in front of me returned with problems with their rental cars . Customer Service Agent Roy at the Ontario Airport Location is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, arrogant representative I've ever experienced. He shouldn't be in customer service at all. A very bad representation to the company. It's time for him to retire ASAP. I will NEVER rent at Avis due to his unprofessionalism. Car broke down on me first day using it and almost left me stranded, I barely made it home before the car died and then trying to get ahold of someone to help me was a nightmare. I tried calling the actual store that I rented from but kept getting sent to a national customer service and kept getting different answers from different people. Tow truck took 4 hours to get to me after calling for it. Still trying to get a refund since I only got to use the car for 1 of the 4 days I rented it. Will not be going backReviewed 22 Aug. 2022

Usually you are asked to verify your fuel tank is full…mine was not and i missed it until i was already in the road and didn’t want to go back. It was only down an 1/8 but at over $6.00 a gallon it was annoying. Otherwise a straight forward rentalReviewed 6 Jul. 2022
