Very disappointed with pickup. Car was not available and I, along with others, we’re waiting in a line waiting for cars to be returned and cleaned before getting our car and leaving the airport. After a seamless and on time flight, it was very frustrating to have to wait for a rental car to become available.Reviewed 10 Mar. 2022

Cons:Car was never checked no oil in engine, have to stop and delay my trip and put 2 q of oil they have no replacement on all the locations, we was so uncomfortable , but we had no option either will cancel our plan or we drive the vehicle. Pros:Had to use the car extra days and staff was super helpful.Cons:Letting the customer know that they could pick up and drop off at other locations. I needed a ride 7 miles away. I was told they could not take me over 4 miles. The facility was understaffed but polite.Reviewed 13 Apr. 2021

Cons:Vehicle originally rented was not available and the replacement option was not luxury....the replacement (van )took over 1.5 hours to get ready. The inside of the van was filthy dirty and I had to personally disinfect it before our trip. The salesman offered an 8 % discount which was not worth switching vehicle types. With covid going on, I assumed the cleaning process would be more through to prevent the spread.Reviewed 14 Jun. 2020
