Even though there was only one person working at the time, he was really quick/efficient and very courteous! When he went outside with the customer before me he made sure to tell me he would be with me very shortly, and he was. The whole process of getting the car was smooth and way easier than I thought it would be (I had never rented a car before)! It was an all-around great experience!Reviewed 23 Oct. 2022

I canceled my car rental because Hertz said they could not guarantee the van that I had rented. I prepaid them in April and they kept $50.00 of mine for canceling. I will never do business with Hertz again.Reviewed 11 Aug. 2022

Pick up and drop off were smooth at the Scottdale location on Hayden. Added extra driver at another location that had incorrect hours (Flagstaff) online so we had to go back first thing in the am which delayed our trip. Car was well maintained and had no issues.Reviewed 27 Jul. 2022

No cars, overbooked, bad attitude. Made me late for my trip, and after a long talk with the manager, they said it was a corporate problem with overbooking, said that if they were me, rather than wait for hours and hope a car is returned, they would go down the street and rent from Enterprise, which I did, paid $30 extra and Enterprise got a car delivered from another location to help me.Reviewed 3 May 2022
