Pros:I have to say I was very concerned after paying for the car months before we left on our trip, I didn't check the reviews (could have been a disaster). I read the reviews and the reviews were horrible. 2 out of 10 had a good experience. I tried to cancel our reservation because I was that concerned I had made a big mistake. I couldn't cancel the reservation because it was already paid for. I read about the filthy, dented cars, break downs and rude employees. We didn't have any of that. We did have a crack in the windshield but everything was recorded by an attendant. Our vehicle was clean and no issues with it's mechanics.Cons:We did get additional charges at pick up - wasn't sure what that was all about. I thought everything was paid for. So that was a surprise. That is what drove our rating down. If that hadn't happen I would have given excellentReviewed 14 Mar. 2021

Pros:Flt was late. They would not stay open a hour later. They did not answer the phone the next day, it was during the winter storm in San Antonio Texas so as assumed they were closed along with everything else. The Following day after we booked another car as we were walking by they told us it was not canceled so we took that car but at this time we still had to pay for two carsCons:Answer the phones don’t tell people their car was canceled when it was not very poor communicationReviewed 23 Feb. 2021

Cons:A bit more concerned of a customers time. After making a reservation and then waiting to get the keys for 30 minutes is frustrating. Using COVID as an excuse to do a mediocre job at best and moving the key pickup to the drop off is ridiculous and confusing. Car was filthy. Smelled like cigarettes or pot. Upon arrival they had some silly return spot “due to COVID”.Reviewed 21 Feb. 2021

Pros:The picking up the car was great.Cons:Fox does not take care of their vehicles. My vehicle smelt like it was burning oil. It also had bad suspension, breaks, rotors and alignment. I felt the car was very dangerous to drive. When I mentioned it to the staff, they didn’t seem to care.Reviewed 1 Feb. 2021

Pros:Drop off was easy and the price was worth the other issues.Cons:Picked up car at 10:30pm. The only person working departed as we walked up, telling us she had to use the bathroom. She was gone for 30 min while people started to line up. It was cold in San Antonio that night, and many didn’t have cold weather clothes. We stood there in the parking garage where there are no seats, freezing, waiting for a rude worker to return from her break. The vehicle I received was barely cleaned, had deep scratches all over it, and smelled like a wet dog. Wasn’t impressed at all with the “deep COVID cleaning” that was supposedly performed.Reviewed 16 Dec. 2020
