The renting was easy and people friendly. But on last day of renting the car battery was dead and caused me to miss my flight home. I went to rental office in airport and wanted to rent a car until tomorrow and thought I should be compensated due to the car not starting. I booked at Sky Harbor. Somehow the reservation ended up at Mesa Gateway. Sky Harbor Hertz did nothing to help me. Offered a car 4 times the price. I too Uber and will not use Hertz again in the future.Reviewed 15 Nov 2021

When I got to the rental counter, they informed me they had no cars in all of Phoenix and that third party sellers were booking cars that aren't there. I was unable to find a car in Phoenix and had to pay for extra nights hotel.Reviewed 5 Nov 2021
