Had to wait at the pickup counter for 20 minutes until the attendant returned from walking his dog. The vehicle reserved was a Nissan Rogue but got stuck with a Ford Escape. Was not happy about that since there were Rogues in the lot. While clean, the auto transmission shifted roughly and the in car navigation system didn't function unless cabled to a phone. Upon returning the car, several others also were confused as to where the drop off was. It was in a different location altogether. There was no attendant in the lot only a faded print out map of where the drop off was. Once making our way to the actual drop off location, it was quick and hassle free.Reviewed 14 Feb. 2023
