I didn't realize that Kayak booked through expedia. I had two different confirmation numbers, so I thought I accidentally made two separate reservations. It wasn't as clear as I would have liked. But the price was great as was my experience with HertzReviewed 18 Apr. 2024

The drop off experience was extremely stressful I wish we knew what the drop off process was Our drop off was at 9 am and you guys didn’t open until 12 When you guys did open at noon and I was explaining my frustration with the process the representative at the Tyler location in Texas the representative hanged up on me. Cons:Pick up, there were no signs saying that the hertz counter was upstairs. Drop off was terrible. I drove around Hattiesburg to the address provided by Hertz and by the people at the pick up counter. With no luck. I finally asked someone at the Enterprise rentals location in Hattiesburg where I needed to go and they said ti the airport. I arrived at the airport and not a single sole was there so I am assuming y’all got your car back. I left the keys in a box.Reviewed 12 Jul. 2020
