Be aware when you book at Springfield expecting a Hertz location to be onsite at the airport - it will not be at the airport. You will have to pay for an Uber to take you across town to their other facility. This was not made clear at booking. A huge hassle.Reviewed 26 Apr. 2022

The transaction was very smooth and the car was excellent. The only thing that could have been better is that the car was low on wiper fluid when i picked it up. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but the roads were wet so I had to buy washer fluid and fill the reservoir.Reviewed 21 Feb. 2022

I requested a full size SUV and when i went to the office they wanted to give me a compact SUV (Nissan Rogue Sport). The agent was nice and understanding and cancelled my reservation without fees.Reviewed 22 Jun. 2021

Pros:The car was really nice.Cons:The service at the pick up location was not that good. They rented me a car with an expired sticker on the plates and proceeded to tell me it must of fell off. Well that doesn't stop me from being pulled over twice and feeling embarrassed and slow my trip down. Also told me that the rental insurance that I purchased online was a scam and he could sell me his insurance for 24.99 a day. No thanks.Reviewed 18 Jan. 2018
