Cons: The area where the hotel is located is not that nice, but felt safe. It is not close to centre, but Metro station is near.

Pros: Very friendly staff, standard of accommodation was excellent and staff went out of their way to be helpful. The use of swipe cards for entry to rooms and even the lifts made the hotel very secure. The hotel is extremely clean (all rooms cleaned daily) and the common areas such as entrance etc were all well kept. It is no trouble to staff to order taxis etc. Free internet access is a real bonus.

Cons: The surrounding area was a bit dodgy, but still very close to the metro and a very secure place.

Cons: The staff was very rude, very long standing for check-in, The Bar was almost non existent, 10 minutes to have a drink (the receptionist seemed to have forgotten my request). 13 Euros for a fake cappuccino (10 minutes queue since there was just one machine) and a very poor breakfast is a stealth (the second days there weren't event the croissant available!).

Cons: The room on the brochure is probably one of the better rooms in the hotel. I didn't end up staying in the hotel, although the mattress was comfortable the ambiance of the hotel was more hostel like and I wanted something more comfortable and inviting. For the price it's great, just no frills whatsoever.
