Cons: Despite booking 3 months ago and arriving at 10.30pm, the four of us got 'bumped' on our first night to the seedy noisier downmarket sister hotel on the Blvd Clichy. We complained bitterly on our return and got upgraded to the rooms with views on the 5th floor. a pretty poor show though from Timhotel. beware.

Cons: The last day the elevator was broken, that is really the only negative thing. Maybe I would not recommend it to old people, there is a steep road to walk from Abesses to the hotel.

Cons: The maid service on the last two days was very late in the day 4pm-5pm. We declined as we were tired. A kettle would be a good idea ? Take a travel one if you can, wish we had.

Cons: The hotel rooms are clean and tidy but very small - just the space for queen bed and two little side walks to get in it. The bathroom is the same as a big rainforest shower takes up a lot of space but to be honest it's worthed.

We had a great room with a view overlooking the flashing lights of the sex shops. It is a great location for seeing the north side of Paris, just be forwarned if you are timid about the birds and bees.

Cons: Needs updating and better cleaning: cobwebs in corners, shower not well scrubbed, bathroom floor grout is dirty, pubic hair left on vanity one day, smoke detector missing in hallway and in room. Small sink in toilet room would be nice. Bed was very firm and unforgiving.

Pros: The staff are friendly. The breakfast was simple but good. And it was a fair value for the price.
Cons: We stayed at the family room was a little cramped with practically no window view. The room was accessed by a key entry from the lift and was the only room on that floor. There was a bit of a funky smell of what may be best described as burned toast.

Pros: location, just a few mins away from metro stations and the beautiful Sacre Coeur/Montmartre; not to worry about Bulevard Barbes, and it's busy immigrant communities.
Cons: one staff member stood out from the rest, as being abrupt, at times unhelpful and not suited to working in a service industry; all other staff really brilliant.

Pros: I was with a group of 3 friends to see a concert at the Stade de France and we were all very pleased with the information the reception staff gave us about travelling to and from the venue. Also we felt that the room we were given was very clean and well presented and comfortable.
Cons: When we arrived we were told we could not have the 2 rooms we had booked and were not given a reason. The staff did however offer us a more that acceptable alternative for which we were very grateful.

Pros: Very friendly staff, standard of accommodation was excellent and staff went out of their way to be helpful. The use of swipe cards for entry to rooms and even the lifts made the hotel very secure. The hotel is extremely clean (all rooms cleaned daily) and the common areas such as entrance etc were all well kept. It is no trouble to staff to order taxis etc. Free internet access is a real bonus.

Cons: The staff was very rude, very long standing for check-in, The Bar was almost non existent, 10 minutes to have a drink (the receptionist seemed to have forgotten my request). 13 Euros for a fake cappuccino (10 minutes queue since there was just one machine) and a very poor breakfast is a stealth (the second days there weren't event the croissant available!).

Cons: Staff has very poor level of english. When we arrive to our room, I found 3 used condoms on my bed! I spoke to the manager Jemilla, she gave us a new room and she said she will reduce the price of our stay and free breakfast, she wrote something in French on our receipt and she left. In fact we got a free breakfast (not worth these 5 euros), frozen butter, youghurt, dry bread, very poor. Whenever we were checking out and I wanted to get my money back as Jemilla said (because we already pay for our room at the check in), duty manager said he does not know anything about that, and Jemilla was not there. Basicically she lie to us saying that we will get a free 1 night at the hotel. Very bad exprience, will not come back there any more!

Cons: Practically everything. The receptionist gave me somebody else's hotel room. The docket had another persons name on it. My girlfriend actually heard the receptionist say "I'm tired of all the Irish" to another person behind reception. My surname is O'Connor, she gave me the room booked for O'ReilIy. Ireland were playing France in Paris the next day and the hotel was practically full of Irish prople. Then, the next morning, I had to check in again for the second night, even though I originally booked two nights and they tried to charge me an extra €6 for the room. Not that this is a huge amount or anything but there was no way I was paying extra money for this glorified prison cell. The windows in the room wouldn't open

Cons: All was fine, but some of the fixtures were not suitable. The shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water in, and the toilet seat was loose. A neighboring door squeaked loudly.
