The hotel made arrangements with a car service to go to the airport. I thought the woman told me it would be 61 Euros and could be paid in cash or credit. It was actually 74 Euros and could only be paid in cash. This was the third airport transfer while visiting Paris and by far the most expensive.

Cons: A week Before we arrive , I have asked did the room is good for five people to stay, cos I have t been in this hotel before, they keep telling me it’s ok! But once we arrive , we found out the room is too small only have bed for sleep. No spaces to unpack the luggages , no table for put the stuff , toilet too smelly and the bath shower liquid is only one small bottle for serve 3 people use.

Pros: The Property was in a lovely quiet area, but close to many of the attractions that one comes to Paris to see. The staff was attentive and welcomed us with great pleasure. The hotel was clean and charming. We had 2 rooms, and I was thankful they accommodated my request to have my niece in a room on the same floor. While we did not take the opportunity to eat in or use the spa facilities, walking about the hotel, I can say those areas were very nice looking and the gym well equipped. There was an outside area by the restaurant and that was lovely. Both rooms were excellent. Waters and Nepresso coffee, were wonderful. We slept very well and were quite thankful for the air conditioning.

Cons: I used a filter for my reservation, asking for a pool. There was no pool. There was a tiny jacuzzi, but lacking privacy. It was under the windows of several rooms! The sauna was out of order. Too many sharp edges of objects in the room (bed, TV screen ....) that were constantly sources of bumps .... We were not told the truth about a fire alarm that went on once.

The facilities are modern but not fancy and the rooms are super small, I know, this is europe but my room in a 4 star hotel in downtown Bruges was much bigger then this one and cheaper. And my opinion is not based in just that, I'm also considering that I have stayed at other 5 star hotels(in Europe and other places) and they are definitely better. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star hotel. A very good 4 star hotel, FOR SURE, but NOT a 5 star.

Cons: We went for breakfast on time but the place was fool. We were standing there for several minutes without even getting anyone from the service, then told in a rush to grab soemthing and go to another room (but the person went away without even giving us time to tell us that they weren't plates available). And when we found the other place there was no one there and not even a set table. We ended up cancelling and going to a cafe outside the hotel. The hotel did refund us the breakfast later and gave up a discount on one of the extra services as a compensation.

Cons: Smelly rooms, smelly housekeepers, creepy place with nudity drawings on the curtains and dirty floors with red spots. Very small rooms even though I took executive room. The shower didn’t have glass to separate it from the toilet so you can imagine how wet the bathroom would be after a shower. Every time I enter my room after the housekeeping, I smell sweat in my room. This is no way a five-star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it for families or conservative people.

Cons: Some of the staff were extremely unhelpful even rude. There was a night receptionist who was most unhelpful nor polite. The carpet was FILTHY in the room, so much so I complained 3 times even to management, who told me it had been cleaned but it was in the same condition. I walked on the carpet in white socks for 5 minutes and then noticed the bottoms of the socks had turned dark brown with filth from the carpet. I was told it had been professionally cleaned after my second complaint however it was the same. I feel this is something the health board should look into. This was in an apparently upgraded room. I fear to think what the other rooms were like. Even in a 3-star hotel would I not expect this. Avoid.

Pros: I am honestly very picky about hotels. Cleanliness is a big must ! The hotel met my expectations perfectly. The room was very clean and well equipped (even had an Apple TV). I saw how the bed could be raised which made it easier to clean under. Big Bonus! The bathroom was very clean and felt new to me. It also had a water hose (shataf) which was amazing because they don’t have those anywhere in Paris. We had a nice view (27th floor). We got free water bottles in the room and on the way out when we showed our cards at the Mayo restaurant. Staff was always helpful and I loved the Express Check out option. Location is good- 4 mins walk from Porte Maillot metro Station- line 1- which is great for reaching most tourist spots. Also really close to 2 or 3 bus stations. There are several restaurants very close to the hotel. Loved the area. The hotel is also connected to the Palais des Congrès which has a little mall with shops and cafés, etc ... Overall great stay! Would definitely make it my go to hotel in Paris.

Bus to the Eiffel Tower is 11 minutes and the train has a direct line to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Élysées, Louvre and Notre Dame. The hotel is also attached to a large shopping complex which is convenient if you need to pick up some last minute items you forgot to pack. There is a lovely roof top cocktail bar, which I would highly recommend. It’s not cheap (about €25 a drink) but the view is stunning and they make a damn good cocktail. Staff were superb, very friendly and we would thank Marguerite specially for being such a welcoming host. Other positives include: Taxi to the airport for €50 and there are always plenty of them waiting outside the hotel. The lobby is exquisite and super stylish with a good restaurant and Starbucks on site.

Cons: One little comment is that when we first got to the hotel no one told us how to use the elevator, so it took us a minute. Otherwise it wasn’t an issue. The breakfast was too expensive (33$ per person per day) so we decided to not take it. The sink in the bathroom stains really quickly. I was washing my make up brush and since the sink is white I felt like it stained. We didn’t notice any stains when we came into the room though, so they must have ways to clean it.

Cons: This place was very dirty - floors looked like they were not swept and mopped with a proper mop. There were finger stains which were visable behind the door of the toilet, all over. Vanity facades were dusty. The little carpet rugs next to the bed were filty and worn out. The desks were not wiped down. In addition we had to keep our room key with the star downstairs if we left the premise. The door to the toilet/bathroom (2 in 1 door) didn't close properly because it was clunky. The only way you can close it is with force which follows a loud bag. You can basically smell and hear everything coming from the bathroom and toilet because the door is extremely hard to close. Also, by closing the door you would wake up the entire room, if not the other guests on the floor. This place is really outdated and worn out. I have stayed at a few 3 star hotels in Paris and this is far from 3 star.

Cons: I booked the room for the only reason of the Eiffel tower view, I have sent an email through booking to confirm that I will be having a chair & table on the room balcony to have the breakfast, but the hotel doesn't reply. When I reached there I found the balcony/terrace is very small no table or chair. I ordered my breakfast by hanging the selection outside the room before 2:00 am and I requested the have the breakfast between 8:45 to 9:00 am, the breakfast delivered at 9:35 after several calls.

Cons: They were so unprofessional with us. Flight delayed, the taxi picking us up made us look for him instead, we’ve a baby and we were already exhausted. Hotel made us wait for like 2 hours before letting us in . When we arrived, they told us to wait because they are going to clean our room, what? As everyone else went to their rooms straight, we sat there with our baby waiting, I’ve never been that angry and tired. I realized we paid for location, we’ve been to better places and next time, it definitely won’t be Pullman hotel anymore. Our two days plans in Paris were ruined. And the Services are Zero.....such a bad experience for my family so far.

Pros: It was clean and the location was very good. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The bedroom was very small with no storage space for luggage. There was a bar fridge with no bottle opener for the drinks. The tea & coffee tray didn’t have enough milk for more than one drink and on the last day it had none. The sound carried very easily and the staff were noisy with hoovering starting at 8 am on a Sunday. There was also an extremely noisy argumentative neighbour who came into the hotel shouting and screaming in the early hours of the morning, apparently this is a regular occurrence. The hotel is supposed to be 4 star, but the bar was closed most of the time, the staff were not very helpful and we were made to feel like we were putting them out. There is supposed to be room service but we were told on arrival that there was not.

Cons: Reception staff not friendly. Concierge was good. Most of the time, hotel staff was talking to each other in a loud voice on personal issues, especially in reception and breakfast areas. Not professional. One day i asked reception if i could have an iron and ironing board, i mentioned it was not urgent for as long as it was in my room before 5 pm that day. Upon leaving my room, i heard staff on the upper floor comment on my request : laughing about how an unusual request it was to have these things delivered to my room at 5 pm, and so on and so on .... No shower in bathroom, very dangerous to have a bath tub ... No coffee machine in room : how is this possible? All 4 and 5 star hotels have a coffee machine and kettle to make tea in the room. Didn’t like the carpet in room nor all the drapes, smells of dust.

Pros: Location is good in a quieter residential part of Paris close to the Eiffel Tower and some local bars and restaurants and convenient shops. the room we had was modern clean large and comfortable and well furnished with a large bathroom and bathrobes. Staff were helpful. We didn’t use the restaurant but it looked great. It is a comfortable convenient small luxury hotel.

When I arrived, the air conditioning was not working with 29c in the room. After raising the issue it took 2 days (1 night) for us to move to another room. I needed to iron my clothe for an important meeting... asked for an iron at 6.30 am and never got one. "all were used" The restaurant was closed at 7.15 am on one day?? For a 5 star hotel this is extremely poor to be polite..

Cons: The room was noisy facing a very busy road. The lighting was very dim, so I had difficulty reading inside the room, which was a problem, because I needed to work. There was no space for my suitcase. The room was supposed to be 24m2, which may be true, but most of the size was in the huge bathroom. It was impossible to fix the shower head anywhere, so I had to hold it myself while washing my hair. Once the room wasn't cleaned when I returned after 5pm and the cleaner walked into the room when I was in the bathroom. The day after that the room was again not cleaned when I returned at after 5pm and I had to request for a cleaner and wait more than an hour in the cafe downstairs to have it cleaned. They didn't even offer a drink for the inconvenience.

But when i check out they charged me 100€ for extra bed!! :-D :-D But i already paid for 3person on triple room!!! They said its in conditions, but its NOT! Its very old furnished, shower in bathtub not showering on you instead outside of bathtub. No Hairdryer on room.. Very noisy room, you can hear everything, my kids were scared. Never ever.

Cons: So, unfortunately, there are many things, what we didn't like. First of all, I asked on the booking, if there is something vegan on the breakfast. Nobody had responded. Then we figured out, that there is nothing to eat for us ( vegan), and not just for us, even for not vegan. This Breakfast is really poor. I understand, thats not one luxury Hotel where everything is super cool, but basics? Alternatives for people, who don't eat milk products? Thats really not difficult, as people think. Just 2 kind of cereals? cornflakes and oatflakes? No vegetables, nothing warms ( except boiled eggs), and please change your Marmelede, thats just sugar, its impossible to eat. So, we bought for us extra food, because we couldn't eat there anything. 2ed thing is ( i understand that you have renovation), but at 8 AM already making so many loud noises! Paris is tourist city, people have here vacation and they want to have possibility to sleep! Away from work, but at 8 AM? Nd i think it was over our room or i don't know, too loud, i don't , but even with my earplugs I couldn't sleep. Bathroom is too small. For tall people, its complicated to use toilets, because of wall and long legs. And yes, nobody change our shampoo, it was empty, as we checked in. There is no socket next to bed ( no-one side), and in general, this room looked already very very old, Im surprised, that u didn't start renovation long time ago. Thats not little things and Im angry person, thats really what had us disturbed.

Cons: I am very displeased with the quality and service provided during my stay at this Ibis.
To start, I booked this hotel because the description indicated “the new ibis room” to celebrate my eighth wedding anniversary. To my surprise it was completely the contrary.
When we arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist to confirm my specific room requests (indicated above and below). The individual had us wait for about 30 minutes because allegedly his manager was confirming that the room was in order. When we arrived to the room, it was very displeasing to my wife and to myself for the following reasons:
1. The hallway floor had old carpet with noticeable large stains. Clearly not maintained.
2. The room itself was one of the worst maintained hotel room I have ever stayed. Old floor, walls, cabinets sidings and window paint were peeling off. The bathroom walls, bathtub and in sink all had mold.
3. There is no room service. I dialed more than 5 times to the receptionist with no response.
4. No iron available. It was a siege to validate the door card for access to the only room with an iron. One afternoon, I went to the receptionist three times because the receptionist was unable to successfully validate the card.
I regret spending my anniversary under these harsh conditions and I will never again stay at this hotel nor will we ever recommend others to stay here as well.
Further and for the above reasons, I would like to officially request compensation and your attention to remediate this situation and halt the false advertisement of a “new ibis room.”

Upon arrival we were informed by an authority that we didn't have early check-in because we hadn't paid 35 euros. We said we would gladly pay that, but it didn't matter. Cons: - Stuff is totally unhelpful, not one even care to help with the luggage on arrival. - Rooms smells so bad as if it has been closed for days/weeks. - Corridors between rooms and in-front of elevators are extremely dirty and smell so bad. - We asked to change the room, and we were given a room almost the same and the reply was “This is what we have, you can search other Hotels” , and the reception guy told me “This is an old Hotel” - Safe-box at the room was locked for hours at the morning despite entering the tight passcode. I lost 2 hours waiting in my room for the technicians to arrive from home, and the response from the reception was “I am not responsible for thier homes or traffic in the streets, we have to wait because it is you who entered the wrong passcode” and when the technician came he told me that the safe-box isnt working well. - Balcony of the first room i got was extremely dirty and full of cigarettes. - I asked to meet the Manager to discuss with him this mess, and the reply was “You cannot contact him directly he is on vacation”

There were no ceiling lights, just one slandered light in the kitchen area and the bedroom the living room had no light at all. Cons: I was not allowed to check-in even after I did the payment on booking.com He said that the payment from booking.com has failed and I need to repay for my stay. When I asked him to provide official email that payment has failed from booking.com as I could use this statement to refund my initial amount, he said he will try once more and it was successful. This hotel includes city tax from tourist but do not include it in the overall bill on the website. They charged me 17 plus euros extra for city tax. Tooms are fine but people are not honest who are running it. Be careful with online payment with this restaurant also ask them if you have to pay anything extra after this. They cheated me and I dint like it

Pros: That they had a vending machine that sells adaptors for 9 euros was a lifesaver!! The apartment with Eiffel Tower view, panoramic window is absolutely amazing and worth it!
Cons: That you charge 13 euros per person, per day, for continental style breakfast. They served ham,salami slices, cheese, pastries and boiled eggs. With tea, coffee, juices.

Pros: The hotel has a great location. AC was good, fully equipped kitchen. Nice view
Cons: The couch was old and dirty so that we couldn't even sit on it. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but was faulty. One of the elevator was faulty for 4 days during our stay causing long queue of waiting. The corridor of the 19 floor where we were was smelly and dirty. I think the management of this hotel should consider auditing the cleaning staff.
