Pros:
My drop off day was on Monday and it was the Labour day and the branch was closed with no information! We spent 3 Hours by the door of the branch to figure out how to dropped off the car, key and where to park the car as the parking was full!! And there were no customer service even to answer our call!Cons:
Provide information of how to drop the car on the days that the branch is closed or provide a Proper customer service Number!9.2 Wonderful

What can I say, every time I rent from this Hertz location, I get excellent service from start to finish. I just extended the rental for another week, I am that pleased with it.Cons:
