Premium SUV

KAYAK
Sixt's capacity to partner with a renter's existing auto insurance company is VERY limited. I have Geico auto insurance and they do NOT cover rentals from Sixt. This means that I MUST utilize Sixt's expensive rental car insurance. I wasted valuable time showing up to rent a the car I reserved from Sixt only to find out from my vehicle insurance company, Geico, that I would not be covered. The Sixt agent was cagey and dodged my questions about insurance coverage for my scheduled rental. PLUS they had none of the cars I had hoped to rent. I will not be using Kayak and DEFINITELY not be using Sixt for any future car rental needs. I wasted so much of my time dealing with this clusterf**k of a scheduled rental. I have a long memory and feel like I got burned by you . I ended up renting directly from Enterprise. Geico does provide insurance for their rentals.

I was unable to collect the vehicle. I had forgotten my licence and as it was booked in my name even though we were adding a driver they would not allow it without my licence. So i tried ringing them in US but went to answer machine even though office hours and nobody rang me back. Im now owed £640!!
