It took a lot of time to declare that the flight gonna be cancelled ☹️ very disappointed.
They denied my meal which was included in ticket and also damaged my bag completely and broke the wheel and still not accepting their fault
Very nice and pleasant. Boarding was quick and the crew were responsive
IndiGo is low cost and therefore no frills, but is always a pleasant experience. No mood lighting and fancy features but clean aircraft, professional crew and absolute value for money.
Very hard seats. No food service, even though price is not competitive.
deboarding is very poor after landing it took around 45 minutes to come out.
My baggage bag got broken and only 3000 voucher was given for compensation
Crew members forgot to serve sandwiches after serving the coffee. Worst was the handling of bag. One of wheel was Broken making it useless. Though a complaint was registered and assured of compensation voucher equal to part cost of the new bag.
On time Arrival and Departure despite budget airline. In side the aircraft, seats and floor carpet is very clean and neat
Poor, pilot flew as if he was in hurry and had to coverup for wasted time
There’s no comparison for new avatar of air India. Long live Air India. Amazing hospitality and ultra soft polite charming crew
Good experience, comfortable seats. Entertainment did not work but vista wifi and entertainment worked great.
Not comfortable for sitting. Sits are too close to each other and it’s too hard for butt..you need to improve your entertainment section like tv programming, Movies, it’s so hard to kill 15 hrs in long flights .you don’t serve good food like other competitive airlines thats my opinion
No first drink available for 10 hours so make it easy for beer or wine
Flight got canceled, didn’t help much to reschedule flights, rescheduled flights took more that 40 hours for me to reach back home, with lots of layover and didn’t provided lounge even they told to do so. TV in airline was not working either.
I like to see entertainment system as well as USB charging port in working order. In addition, thought entertainment system did not work, I could not turn the screen off. As a result, glaring screen was facing my eyes throughout the 16 hour journey.
Seats and trays broken , none of tvs working in flight, food and service poor , crews had attitude not friendly , my son business class seat got stuck they have to reset, how they got clearance to fly this aircraft? Never again
Food is not good at all No service at all None of the buttons is working to call crew members No t v is working - already inform the crews members that t v is not working but no help at all
Staff was very unpleasant. Food repeats. Seats were very uncomfortable. Spacing was not enough for legs. TV was not working and after telling twice they said will come to see it later. No one responded. Charging plugs were broken. Our watch and other devices were out of battery. Washroom was so dirty. Water all over the place. No seat covers or soap.
