Pros: "The ground crew were very courteous but I feel they were not being completely honest regarding the delays. It felt like we were being given false hope that the flight was taking off soon."
Cons: "We were boarded thinking we were taking off soon. Except the delay continued for another hour and a half I found out. I had exited the plane having been given the option of staying in Gainesville in a hotel provided by the airline and being booked on a flight the next day."
Pros: "Good flight. 3 hour duration at night. I flew in first class, as the extension of my business class flight from Paris."
Cons: "Had to use a wheelchair service in terminals. Me and another victim were wheeled to 40 feet from the check in desk and the guy took off without further instruction. I hobbled to the counter to make sure we were on the pre-board list. Defeats the purpose, but whatever....."

Cons: "2-hour delay in the plan after departure from the gate for maintenance. The seats are so small that my knees hit the seat in front of me the entire flight."
Cons: "Better communication about handicap persons. I called twice and notified two people about my mom and her wheelchair but no one tells the gate to put a ramp up to the regional jet on the tarmac. Three ring circus as usual ."

I overheard crew say it was entirely avoidable, and the fault of some crew that weren't at the right place on time"

Cons: "They split up my husband and I. One screen for every 4 rows of seats playing one in-flight movie. Apparently there was WiFi that you could download an app for and watch other stuff, but no good selection at all, and since I had no way to charge my phone, it didn't seem a great idea to waste the battery. Only food for over 4 hours of sitting on the runway and flight was a bag of mini pretzels."

Cons: "This turned out to be a 'code share' flight operated by American Airlines. As such, neither Qantas nor American Airlines would allow me to buy premium seats so we could have extra leg room. They said the 'code share' blocks seat sales! Be ware Also found out that American Airlines does not serve meals on flights from Toronto to LAX. I was told they only serve meals on "international flights" but that I could buy a sandwich or snack. Unfortunately they only had 4 sandwiches on board , which sold within the first 2 rows of the plane!"

Cons: "I was scheduled to leave Lisbon at 11:45 am however at 6am I received a call to say my flight was cancelled and I was booked on the British Airways flight the next day at 7:30 am. This after AA had turned my flight on the way out around on the way from Austin to Paris and we had to spend the night in Chicago."

Cons: "Food was very mediocre but nothing new in air travel. The biggest complaint is that there was no individual light available for each person to sue to read. On a transatlantic flight of 10+ hours that is not overnight, it is a bit much to expect customers to fill that much time if one cannot read because the lights aren't working. The flight attendant said it was a very old plane as the reason why, not exactly what one wants to hear. Also, the plane was different than the one I prepaid my seats for, thus the money I spent on bulkhead seats was wasted as we just got two normal seats. Not a good experience."

Cons: "I never experienced the flight because I wasn't given a seat. The airline oversold the flight and I never got to go. I missed my once in a lifetime experience because the airline is greedy at my (and other people's) expense. I missed out on a priceless experience. Not only that, the bag that I checked did not make it off the flight so I remained in DC while my bag went to Medellin. I had to purchase new toiletries and had to make arrangements to get back to the airport. As of now, I do not plan on choosing American Airline nor LATAM for my future flights."

We were already two hours delayed before take off and then had to be diverted. Terrible experience.

Cons: "They changed gates last minute - plane was in for maintenance and slight delay - then cancelled that plane - did the series of 15 minute additional delays. They found a new plane - changed the gates (big distance) again - and 'the computer' had reseated 1/2 the plane. DISTASTER to fix."

Cons: "Well constancy gate changes in the airport to getting on a hot plane with no air going, then to waiting an hour for the plane to start because of the power cable (still with no air) crew didn’t give us any update from the very first one, all of a sudden we are moving, but only shortly because then we waited another 30 minutes to actually take off. Once in the air it took forever to get water, just pretzels for snacks and a horrible attitude by the staff. DO NOT DLY WITH THEM."

Cons: "There was no entertainment available on this flight. It's a short flight so I don't expect any, however, I continued on to Phoenix that day from Chicago and that is a long flight. I expected free entertainment on that flight, as it was afforded on the flight on the Phoenix to Chicago leg of my flights earlier in the week. The Chicago to Phoenix had entertainment offered but it there was a fee, which I didn't appreciate and did not take part in. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you."
Cons: "The United Boarding Agent repeatedly warned about the "SMALL" carry on compartments on the CJR aircraft and literally insisted we tag our carry ons to be set aside on boarding even though we knew they fitted OK. AS A RESULT when we got to Calgary we had to wait at the over size luggage racks for our carry ons to be delivered instead of them being set up for us as we left the aircraft which is normal!! Very frustrating!!"

Cons: "The plane was freezing cold. I came prepared but had to hunker down under blankets even though I had two shirts and a jacket on. This is not acceptable for any flight or airline. I caught a cold on my return trip due to this. I'm disappointed as it seemed like a newer plane. The stewardess acknowledged this but was unable to get our section to warm up. Everyone in my area of the plane was Ice cold."

Cons: "The plane clearly had not been cleaned, not even superficially. There were stains and crumbs on the tray, there was garbage in the small seat pocket and the seat was damp. Very unpleasant."

We had to delay boarding to wait for her. 15 minutes. then it took longer to wait for gate check -- green tag bag - than if I had checked the bag. when we finally got the gate check bags and headed through customs the checked bags were all on the carousel. And I have Nexus. So Customs was 3 minutes. NOT a good process. Figure it out YYC international terminal!!!"

Cons: "Being an Air Canada customer and having bought an Air Canada ticket - I do expect that either the entertainment will be free on my iPad or included - particularly when I have to PAY to get a decent seat. It isn't right that entertainment isn't included for the extra price!"

Cons: "On our booking through Kayak, this was only listedas an Air canada flight, however, when I couldn't check in online and phoned Air canada (which took 30min), they said it was operated by United and had to check in on united.com. Why was there. o mention of this?? It took me phoning to find out what airline I was flying with! Also, a United staff person told us we didn't need to touch our bags in calgary en route tonour final Saskatoon destination, which was wrong."

Cons: "The tiny cup with more ice than refreshment. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area."
