55 min transit, not sure how they planned to make it work
Pros: "Singapore Airlines has everything worked out for you before you land. That's a great help. The stewardesses were just phenomenal and endlessly polite. I will definitely use them again."
Cons: "As much as I normally nitpick something, I literally have no criticism at all of Singapore Airlines. Everything they did was a step above everyone else."

This wasn't even a Cathay flight, it was Lufthansa and I didn't earn any asia miles
Pros: "The crew is not so amazing and the food is not so good.They only serve pork and sea food..i don't eat those food for my religion and i asked for another food anything as long as i had something for im starving, for they never had another food to give? You mean i cannot have food while boarding the plane? Im starving and they don't gibe us any food to eat even if i asked them if theres anything . And that is a total not agreeable we are 3 people riding the plane myself and my kids and we did not have anything to eat. The crew is rude when I asked something instead of looking for another food is theres any. I paid for my flight including the food and i was not able to eat."
Cons: "Crew serving food should be nice and make sure that all passengers have food to eat especially if one, two or three or more doesn't eat pork and shrimp..if only i could i could transfer plane at that moment i will do it. Hope they will not feel the way i feel i was starving the whole flight.."

Cons: "The seats! The seat was uncomfortable that I had to use my U shaped neck pillow as a seat cushion. My flight was 15+ hours but within 3 hours my behind was killing me."

Cons: "Lacking in inflight service after mid flight. Leaving 7 hours of nothing! So you arrive hungry both ways."
Cons: "The check in crew were not very helpful. I was asking for help but he didn’t even suggested a solution. Instead he kept ok saying he can’t do anything which is really disappointing. He is in a customer service area, he should be more accommodating."
Delay flight more than 8hours waiting and poor customer service!
Plane was extremely small so mind the size of your carry on

Cons: "Everything. The staff and crew of Intercaribbean airlines are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. On top of the flight delays all the luggage for that particular flight was left in Kingston. Everybody was rather nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. I was told I would get the the following day. The next day only two of my three bags showed up. I was not compensated for the inconvenience and was told point blank that they will only deliver one of my bags to my address even though they were the reason I had NONE of my luggage in the first place. They are disgusting!!! I would never recommend this airline to anyone."

It was a cheaper flight and it arrived early. I thought the crew were pretty noisy for an overnight flight, and my friend was not able to sleep because of the noise. Also I think it’s absurd they don’t provide complementary water. Why does everything have to be a surcharge? Airplanes are dehydrating and it would be beneficial to help passengers stay healthy.
I paid an additional fee for specific seats because I was flying with my two children. I even checked in online and confirmed my seats, so at the airport did not think to double check my seats. The lady at the check in desk gave me different seats that were not together, nor did she say anything, even though she could see I was flying with children. Got to the plane and only realized what had happened then. Scoot refused to refund me that extra fee or take responsibility for what had happened.
U could offer everyone a drink ,juice or water.. coffe or tea ...ur air craft isn't a flea market ,where someone has to buy a tea or water!!
Extra luggage after you purchase 1 is gonna jacked u up to 800sgd which is so up to the hook... you could buy 3 round trips ticket on that price.. im so disappointed.. im not gonna choose this airline anymore.. horrible experience...

Pros: "The flight was smooth despite bouts of turbulence. The crew ensured everyone was strapped in and the pilot made a prior announcement before flight take-off. Most Pilots don’t."
Cons: "The check-in process took extremely Long as there were only two counters open. The boarding process was a joke. Despite the announcement to board by rows, there was no enforcement whatsoever and it was free for all."

Cons: "I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late."

Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. Ground staff in Bangkok"
