Over a 3 hour flight. The turbulence was almost imperceptible except for 2 short periods which were not bad and over quickly. The attendants claimed "Safety first" and sat looking at their phones for 3 hours with no drink or snack service. This isn't the first time with Southwest. I thinkit may be there new plan of operation. Oh, and it was June 18, Southwest's Birthday which offered free drinks. NOT.
We had a 5 hour delay on the tarmac in Baltimore

Cramped seats. They are like sitting on benches. No lower back support. Very narrow aisles. Bathrooms are getting smaller. I am 5.4 and weigh 150. Barely fit in the bathroom
My seat bottom felt like the pad was missing and there was a hard lump. The crew were all amazing. Funny, responsive, respectful. The captain and first officer shared comments were understandable. My son was delighted by the addition of brownie brittle with the normal Southwest snack mix.
It was poor a four hour delay and no explanation for the delay. What’s a 35 dollars going to do. It also made me miss my car rental,
It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.
Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.

Check in on the web portal was cumbersome! After several attempts I finally got the boarding pass.
I didn’t like it at all. I miss my second flight because of the delay on Allegiant Air now I m stuck in MCO.
My TSA number was missing from my ticket which shouldn’t have happened since it’s in my file. The on board flight attendant who was a male, did not want to help me put my luggage in the overhead bin and made a very rude comment and was very unpleasant. The good… the woman who fixed my ticket with the TSA number was excellent and I had extra legroom which was perfect.
Web site and app most difficult to access. Tel number not accessible. No answer at any time of day.
The flight was on time the crew was courteous that makes for a good flight.
I usually dont fly JeTBlue and I dont think I will ever do it again. The flight was delayed fee time, nobody was giving us any info at at the airport, gate changing, the slowest and poorly organized boarding ever, rude staff.. huh
Like the variety of entertainment options. One crew member was a little on the rough/rude side. Boarding was a mess, attendants didn't do a great job of helping with the luggage storage and it delayed us a couple of minutes.
When I agreed to give up my two seats because of overbooking by the airline, I should have been offered some sort of reward or credit towards a future flight. I was not. It was not until the next day when I mentioned it to a Jet Blue employee that I was advised to call 1-800-JetBlue. So here I am, having done Jet Blue a favor and I had to do the work to find out if I was going to get a credit. Such service
Automated scanning was slow and somewhat haphazard. Too many people were unfamiliar with the tech and were forced to learn on the fly. The hands off approach of the gate staff made it more uncomfortable. This needs work. Overall the flight and cabin crew were excellent.
Excellent. Although they used to greet me as a mosaic member and provide a free drink, early boarding helps me to keep coming back to JetBlue.
The best flight I’ve had in a while. The plane was like 25% capacity, if that. Smoothest boarding and deplaning process I’ve ever experienced. Wish all flights were this smooth.
Another horrible Jet Blue experience. This airline has suffered the biggest decline of all from best to worst. TVs didn’t work (again). internet was temperamental. Boarded late and couldn’t get organized to serve snacks.
No WiFi No TV Bag of chips I guess it could be worse.
Just have…get ready for it…one single on-time flight. Just one. Ever. I’ll be impressed, I promise.
