Pros: "The trip to Edmonton was very smooth and right on time. Everything was very good.....including the baby behind us. I will fly Air Canada again."
Cons: "I didn't like the change in gate at Edmonton to Vancouver. No one told us until boarding time. Even tho there was ample time to get there since it was the next door gate, I was in a wheelchair and if it had been any further, it could've been a disaster. We arrived right on time. I'd go Air Canada again."
Pros: "Free business class"
Cons: "Food and no entrainment available"
Pros: "Departed and arrived on time as expected. Very good selection of in-flight movies."

Cons: "I never received an e-mail to check in, and by the time I remembered (morning of), this resulted in me not having a seat assigned on my ticket. This caused a lot of needless stress, though to Air Canada's credit, they got all those waiting for a seat assignment on board. On my return trip, I did receive an e-mail - luckily, as the flight was overbooked again."
Cons: "No breakfast offered for a four hour flight"
Pros: "The crew was inviting, helpful, and very kind."
Cons: "Entertainment system did not work. No WIFI on the plane (which was, admittedly disclosed upon ticket purchase, so it was no fault of air canada). Chairs were very uncomfortable and the individual in front of me reclined fully for the entire trip."
Cons: "Cancelling flights , lying about reasons why, running away from customers when the flight finally after 10 hours was canceled"
Cons: "The entertainment was non-existent unless you had an Apple device or paid the $10 to rent one for an hour or so. Really disappointing considering other Air Canada flights."
Cons: "Both my flights (there and back) were delayed, my luggage was lost after I was asked to volunteer to check it in and on the delay (YYC to YUL), I wasn't even given a food voucher after being made to wait 8h in the airport. This was AFTER the crew promised they would hold the other flights (also operated by AC)"
Cons: "The flight attendant was rude to every single person that asked for anything on the flight. Even someone asking for a simple glass of water was given attitude. I booked my seats over the phone and they were not the seats they told me they were. Aweful service"
Pros: "The way back there was nobody beside us. Nice to have extra room."
Cons: "On the way back there was only one person in business class. Nobody got bumped up"
Cons: "My flight and itinerary was cancelled due to the booking staff i planned my travel arrangements for to Mexico. They cancelled the round trip flights i had departing from vancouver to mexico and back so i never was able to use this flight to Vancouver and now will just have a credit there until used. can provide a better rating once i am able to use the flight."
Pros: "The staff where friendly and easy going, the boarding was also organized and because the flight was really full of you gave the carry on to be checked they allowed you to priority board"
Cons: "The food countinues to be and issue I flew the same airline 2 years ago and the meal options had not changed. The salad was so bland I was certain that I was eating plastic food."

Cons: "No amenities offered other than a free thimble of something to drink. I'm waiting for them to charge for breathable air."
Pros: "Flight was on time. The landing was smooth, not bumpy."
Pros: "flight was smooth and on time."
Cons: "Maple Leaf Lounge at Pearson airport was shabby. We expected a bit more than soup and gherkins, but that's all that was available, except for some dry nacho chips. No electrical outlets. Indifferent staff. Shame on Air Canada! We have visited airport lounges all over the world and this was by far the worst!"
Cons: "Delayed 3 hours !"
Pros: "It was on-time, left enough time to reach connections and my bag arrived."
Cons: "Flight was slightly delayed boarding in NYC but it wasn't a long delay and we left on time."

Cons: "The plane was very old and delayed for too long. Way overpriced air fares."
Pros: "Seats were wide and very comfortable"
Pros: "Everything was really good"
Cons: "Some staff were very personable and some were the opposite."
Cons: "Staff needed assistance in folding stroller - whereas this has never been a concern on porter. - stroller was thrown on the floor at landing and retrieval."
Cons: "Slow and stupid some of passages"
Pros: "In-flight entertainment console is pretty good"
Cons: "Departure was 40 minutes delayed right off the bat for reasons unknown and unexplained. Then, worse, mechanical trouble on the tarmack, we had to return to the gate and power down the plane, while still remaining on board, unventilated and unpleasantly sweaty, in the dark even for a while. What should have been a quick 1.5 hour flight and 8:30pm arrival thus became a sweaty 4-hour ordeal and almost 11pm arrival. Not the end of the world, but I was a bit taken aback at the absence of apologetic behaviour, like perhaps serving drinks while we're sweating on the tarmack, or heaven forbid, a meal of some sort considering we were departing later than we should have all already been home."
Cons: "Lack of sleep"
Pros: "On time, good service and reasonably comfortable"
Cons: "Food options limited and quality very poor."
Pros: "Flight staff is pretty good. People on the phone are generally good, as long as you don't mind waiting and hour, or two - three for a callback."
Cons: "Direct flight was delayed 3 hours and then two more times for a few hours and eventually cancelled from Toronto to Charlottetown due to flight staff (flight attendant called in sick so they cancelled the entire flight). So I was rebooked from my direct flight onto a connection the following evening in Montreal (which was expecting a winter storm). This was at 2 am so no more staff at the airport to even speak to. Had to call and ask for a call back which came at 4 am. The next day I got to the airport at 2 pm for my 5 pm flight to Montreal. It got delayed so I called air Canada and they booked me on an earlier flight. However it was too early and staff at the airport couldn't check me in as it was less than 45 minutes (facepalm). I was put on a later flight and got to Montreal okay. In Montreal my flight was delayed multiple times. Finally got on the plane but the ground staff was not around to get the place ready, pushed back, refused, etc. Waited 35 minutes on the plane before going to de-ice. Flight got 75% of the way to Charlottetown (almost over Moncton). It was a very turbulent flight. The pilot notified us we couldn't lanf in Charlottetown and were being diverted back to Montreal. So back to Montreal we went. On arriving back at Montreal we were notified to the flight attendants and again by the pilot that there would be people there go help us with rebooking. I still don't understand why they couldn't just get a new crew and fly us all back soemtime that day instead of having to all rebook, etc. This was at 1:30 AM. There was nobody waiting for us at the airport. I was automatically rebooked on a flight to Halifax that night and a morning flight go Charlottetown meaning I would have to stay another night and miss a second day of work. So, waiting in lineups until 4:30-5 AM in order to rebook a better flight back to Charlottetown. By this time I decided after spending much of the last 20 hours in airports or on a plane, that I would boom Moncton and just get a bus or drive home. Which I did, I booked Montreal to Moncton for 11 AM, paid for a bus and took that to Charlottetown. I arrived in Charlottetown at 5 PM Wednesday evening after "leaving toronto" at 11 PM Monday. Two cancelled flights, multiple delays, 5-6 rebooking, missed two days work, and lost a lot of sleep. No help from air Canada but hopefully they will cover the hotel for the first night as it was flight staff that caused the cancellation. All in all, if that attendant wasn't sick, or if air Canada had better solutions to this type of issue, I would have been home much earlier and with less stress. It really isn't fun being in an airport that long not knowing what is happening and how to get home."
Pros: "AC changed to a different plane for our flight at the last minute, so seat assignments were messed up, and we had paid extra to choose seats. So why pay extra for seating when the airline can put you wherever they want at their discretion. In addition there was a minor delay in take off while the flight deck crew had to re-programmed the avionics to our scheduled route. But we made up the time en route and were only a few minutes late. On the whole, not a bad flight experience, just the usual frustration in the process. I long for the days when flying was a pure pleasure."
