All went smoothly from Miami to Montreal from boarding to arriving to Montreal. Flight left on time and arrived on time.

Over all good except the food was not good at all

It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.

My flight got Delayed due to the airline. The attending Crewe in Montreal were not super helpful and I arrived 13 1/2 hours late from my original arrival time. Air Canada lost my luggage, they stated they booked me a hotel room overnight at no fee, however when I arrive to the hotel, there was no reservation. It also took me three different attempts to get the hotel, even covered by Air Canada as they were arguing that they were not responsible for this, despite it having been delayed due to the airline. Overall, the service was very very poor and what should’ve been a short five hour trip turned into a 13 1/2 hour saga with me, spending a night in a random airport overnight due to Air Canada’s errors, and searching for my luggage until 2 o’clock in the morning. I will never fly Air Canada again.

$2600 for the flight with food then not even a dog will eat specially breakfast

Air canada charged me for a carry on bag that I did not have.

Our connection flight was cancelled due to the crew being detained in customs for drug trafficking. Ruining my last two days of vacation because they cancelled the rebooked flight too. Worst experience of my life, i want my money back because nobody can give me back those days and reservations i had planned for 6 months.

Original flight was canceled by Air Canada and next day they re scheduled and paid by hotel and taxi cost, but it just so tired for waiting and I have some school exam that I couldn't prepare it at all.

For my third flight in a row on AC 737 Max 8, it was stuffy and warm, especially mid-cabin, Business Class and rear cabin were better. Very uncomfortable 5 hour flight. Do all 737 Max 8 maybe have an HVAC software problem as well or just Air Canada?

Check-in, Boarding and Flight were fine however I unfortunately chose the only seat in the plane without a window (15A) and when I asked to move up to row 13 that was empty, I was denied because they call it a preferred seat. The only difference I could see was maybe an inch or two more legroom. I think once the door is closed and all passengers are aboard they should be able to accommodate a reasonable request to move even if to a seat they tried and failed to sell for more money. And a few flights now, I find that Air Canada’s Infotainment system has a 100 channels with nothing on. No movies still in theaters nor any that are not already streaming for free.
