Absolutely inadequate transfer at Munich airport. Lufthansa sold a ticket for a flight with 45 mins transfer, and your connecting flight is actually in a different terminal. In order to get to that terminal you need to walk 10 mins to a train station, take a train, and then go through passport control. All this in less than 45 mins (deduct 20 mins for boarding)? Madness.

There were people not sitting in their assigned seats, so mealtime was totally boggled and some got fed a full hour before the rest us is on the tail end of the serving. The last meal ( after I FINALLY got food, we had turbulence, so they stopped serving drinks to go with the meal, and no one ever came back and continued where they left off, so I ate my meal without a drink. I don't blame the airline because it was the many children in that section that made it absolutely miserable for everyone on board, but it was the worst flight I have ever taken...hands down."

Attendants displayed container beverage and when it was still unable to understand their poor answers they did not give up. Finally it was understood they would like hot tea, and i noticed they performmed beyond expectation. These asian passengers would clogg the isles for attendants by going to the washroom and visiting other friends on this flight creating serving obstacles. Frankly, I prayed for the attendants when they were climbing over seated passengers and appeared orientationally lost from their seats on this flight. You would think it was their first flight; but then the flight attendant would appear, and in classic manner would ask - Can I help you? I am comforted by the displayed patience, ability to take punishment from disfunctional riders who failed to notice how other passengers behaved and how professionally the crew operated from beginning to end. I always prefer to fly with Air Canada. Thank you!"

Cons: "I get it, weather happens, but airlines should have figured out by now how to make any issues that come from that as painless as possible. Air Canada did not have it together. There was little communication and coordination. People had to wait multiple times in ungodly long lines while agents spent way too much time with each customer. There was misinformation and lack of information given by agents and at times no one to help at all. When there's weather it should be all hands on deck until the effected customers get to where they need to be. Otherwise it's an aggravating and nearly intolerable experience. Commercial airlines have been around for 60+ years - figure it out already."

Cons: "Flight delayed more than 3.5 hours, first due to scheduling issues and then due to weather. Checked bags were left outside in pouring rain throughout delay, staff unable/unwilling to cover or move them. Not given food vouchers or any other compensation during wait, everything in the terminal closed before departure anyway. Gate changed 4 times, terminal was sweltering, like waiting in a greenhouse. Awful."
Cons: "Connecting from London through Toronto to Winnipeg couldn't be accomplished in a 2.25 hr layover. Long line for immigration and and enormous line to go through security again meant I missed my flight and the next one was full. It gave me 5 hours to think of all the reasons why I won't connect through Toronto again."

Cons: "I disliked that the airline forced me to miss my connection (inevitable, I suppose, given the excessive security and the lack of direct, affordable connections between Manitoba and the US) and I had to take a later flight to Toronto and didn't get home until 2 am."
