Pros: It was on time and boarding was efficient. I’ve never been on a flight where they board window seats first, then middle, then aisle. I can see how that makes a lot of sense and makes the process better.

Cons: I wasn’t sure why my small rolling luggage was being tagged and told to be left at the gate. Others had their rolling pieces brought onto the plane and there was enough room, so I was a little worried about if someone was going through it or if it would make it to the destination. It did show up.

Pros: Well the crew was very kind and helpful and approachable. This is good even though one might not need anything other than the usual but the seemed very friendly

Cons: The change of gates and not updated in the chart soon enough so one would go to assigned gate just to realized it has been changed.

Pros: The flight left right on time and even arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled to Vancouver. Crew were all friendly.

Cons: They pushed my flight forward 15 hours but didn't tell me until five hours before my flight. Not only that but they didn't change the second leg of my trip so I was on the phone for an hour trying to straighten it out. Very stressful.

Cons: This flight—CDMX to TRC with Aeromexico—was either incorrect or nonexistent. It had the same number an Interjet flight which I’m now having to wait for today. I’m annoyed to still get updates and emails about this flight that I didn’t (couldn’t) take.

Pros: Request for supply of earplugs was kindly met. Cabin crew were attentive and friendly. Food was some of the best I have ever eaten in Economy.

Cons: I had a very large man in the middle seat next to me. I was in the window seat. He leaked over into my seat which made it very uncomfortable especially when he fell asleep. I know the airlines can't do anything about this but he should pay for a larger seat.

Cons: American Airlines cancelled this flight and then sent one of my two checked luggages to another flight to Newark from Chicago O'Hare and didn't even think to put me and the luggage I left behind on said flight? Either they should have left both and let me deal with it OR send me on a flight.

Cons: The issue I had was with a flight delay, our flight was delayed by 2 hours, we had no time to make connecting flight in BOG, I cant physically run, missed my flight, gate was too far away, voucher was invalid, BOG took my water, only alcohol in BOG, little to no water, so avoid or get dehydrated!

Cons: Avianca’s people in Colombia were not very friendly and helpful, since I do not speak Spanish it was very hard to get the accurate information related with my delay flights, every one of my flights was delayed

Cons: Checking in at the counter and boarding the aircraft can use some polishing. The boarding process is confusing due to lack of communication to customers and faulty speaker/PA systems at LATAM gates.
