The plane was dirty and parts were broken. Really run down. My table kept falling down because the latch was broken. Flight attendants were just plain old mean. Don't waste your money going to Canada unless you absolutely have to. It's a hellhole.
Our flight was delayed 3 times. They kept moving the time and it ended up delayed more than 2 hours. This is not the way you want to start your vacation.
I liked that the layovers were short. I disliked the comfort of the seats on the plane. They could be way better.
I was not made aware prior to getting to the airport that my entire flight was cancelled causing me $2,000s in financial losses.
There was a delay in the flight and I was informed after midnight couple of hours before take off.
The efforts should be made to avoid LONG WAITING & HIGH DELAY.

My flight was nearly an hour delayed in leaving Montreal.
When I arrived in Calgary I discovered my plane was reassigned to a more profitable route and I was left stranded in Calgary. I had to rent a car and drove 8 hours to get home at my own expense. 2 of my last 3 flights with Air Canada were cancelled and the 3rd one was delayed 2 hours. Air Canada is an unreliable airline. Choose another airline if you can!
