Pros: "Super easy"
Pros: "The crew was wonderful, very hospitable and friendly."
Cons: "The seating in economy class is abysmal. The seats are extremely small and the rows are to close together. There is no leg room. The seat cushioning is almost nonexistent. It's like sitting and leaning back on a board. On this last trip I had a window seat. I'm 5'4" and 115 lbs."
Cons: "More leg room"
Pros: "Crew was okay. Nothing special but not bad."
Cons: "The WiFi didn’t work! Don’t advertise it if it is not working. Even setting it up is far too much work/confusing."

Pros: "Service was very good despite our one hour delay! Everyone was appropriately apologetic though."
Cons: "Flight was one hour delayed not due to equipment but because the ground crew failed to load the cargo in time! That was annoying. (Then an ill patient had to be removed resulting in a further delay trying to retrieve her luggage.) I felt bad for those with tight connections."
Pros: "It was a very pleasant surprise to receive an upgrade at the boarding gate to a Skycouch. While I was too tall to make use of it my wife was able to use two thirds of it and get a good sleep. The flight attendants were excellent, friendly, warm attentive presenting the very best of Kiwi hospitality."

Pros: "Air New Zealand was great, plane comfortable and the crew very nice"
Cons: "$120 to check my 12kg bag! I was outraged! Was sold a ticket that included nothing but a seat and virgin and air new Zealand were not helpful. Pros: "My husbands booking was not processed correctly from the site we booked through, and we didn't notice the mistake until we were checking in. We were at the airport at least 2 1/2 hours before boarding time. The mistake could have been rectified, we were told it would need an email from Virgin to confirm and change the booking. We photographed and sent through passport details. We phoned the booing site, we phoned Virgin, we were put on hold for 25 mins while the booking site phoned Virgin - but Virgin refused to help us out! My husband was not able to board the flight - no refund, no help - and the sad part was, it wasn't for a holiday - it was to visit and help his 87yr old father-in-law who had fallen and cracked his spine. No sympathy from Virgin, VERY DISAPPOINTED!"
Cons: "I was not able to board flight because air new Zealand Staff would not assist."
Cons: "I was not able to pay for excess luggage online because I was told that I had to do it 48 hours in advance. I did not know I need and extra bag until the day before i left. So instead of paying the 1 dollar promotional fee advertised online i have to pay 191 dollars at the airport. That is ridiclous."
