Have never driven there before and highways were difficult at times. $503 to get on another flight home. Ended up getting better deal at Southwest. Will most likely stick with them next time I am forced to fly.

Pros: It was fine. It was a short flight, so I didn't get food, or use any of the entertainment or anything like that. It was a little cramped though, but, like I said it was a short flight, so that was fine.

Cons: I'm not sure the stewardess is really a morning person. She wasn't rude or anything, but she wasn't nice either. :)

Cons: After waiting for more than 1hr they started to give some information about the issues, they moved us to another plane that already was planned to be at SF at 10:40 (original flight was for 9pm), it got late again and we got to SFO by 12:20 am. More than 4 hours late. Even after that it took me a while to get a shuttle I even got to insist and explain again to get a Shuttle back home.

Cons: You didn't get my bags to airport on time and so I missed my connecting flight which was 90 minutes after my previous flight, I have an 8 month old son and you made us spend another 4 hours waiting for a flight.

Pros: The people were nice and helpful. And the aircraft did not feel cramped. I again did not use the entertainment or anything like that.

Pros: I had not used Aeromexico before and what a great experience it was! All the staff and crew were very helpful and courteous. The seats were comfortable with more leg room than other airlines in economy class. I will certainly use again and tell my friends about it.

Cons: El día miércoles arribé al aeropuerto Benito Juárez de la Ciudad de Mexico, dónde quise acceder al VIP LOUNGE de Aeroméxico ya que mi ticket lo compré para el servicio Priority y al llegar al Lobby del Lounge me negaron la entrada ya que me dijeron que debía pagar $25 para acceder ahí ya que no contaba con membresía alguna. Me parece una falta de respeto y mal servicio, ya que si uno paga por viajar en Priority es para gozar todos sus beneficios sin costo alguno. Me molesta ya que en la ciudad de Boston estuve en el vip lounge sin costo extra alguno, además tienen personal muy arrogante y clasista dentro del Lounge de la Ciudad de México
