Pros: "Great crew and counter staffing. Only took about 10 minutes to get my ticket and half of that was due to some snag with the NZ visa details."

Cons: "Not clear that I wouldn't be able to check a bag for my return flight. I flew to New Zealand with a large bag and then when I went to check in for my return flight they told me I couldn't check it to bring it back and my only option was to cargo it, which was not helpful being that the cargo was out of the airport and I needed to catch my flight. I was luckily able to check it on a separate flight my boyfriend was going on. But I would have either have had to leave my bag or miss my flight if he hadn't been there. It should have been more apparent that I wouldn't have been able to check it on the way back. It makes no sense to be able to bring a bag to New Zealand and not bring it back. That was very frustrating and overall I was very disappointed with this experience."

No room to stretch your legs, for those of us who have circulation problems...."

Cons: "I checked into my flight 24 hours in advance, got my boarding pass and everything. 12 hours before, I double check the boarding time and my flight has been cancelled. I got no notification of this, luckily I happened to check on my own."

We agreed to itinerary for the next day that had a 2+ hour wait at la Guardia and yet I still almost missed the N.Y. to Tampa flight due to delays out of toronto. Had to sprint from one terminal to the other. In Toronto we sat on the tarmac for 90 mins, and this was after dealing with security and other issues with checkin before i even got on the plane. For example, it was difficult to explain that i had already paid for my checked bag the day before. As a result I never got a chance to eat the entire day. And then my bag didn't get to Tampa until later that night anyways. Although the individual staff members were all very nice, there were institutional flaws that made two days very frustrating. I have some sort of debilitating delay on more than half my flights over the last few years, and rarely is there ever an explanation or compensation."

Cons: "This airline seemed to be unprepared at every step of the way. When I showed up to the airport to check my baggage (this was 2 hours before my flight) there was a huge line of people already there. I went to the back of the line and after 15 minutes of not moving I texted my family that I might be missing my flight. As I got closer to the front a nervous and overwhelmed Aeromexico employee went to the back of the line and handed the last person a paper and told her she would be the last person allowed on the flight. Anyone lined up after her was turned away because they had showed up too late. It seemed to me that those people would have made it onto the flight if the airline had been prepared and ready to check everyone in on time. When I was finally able to check my bag there were only 20 minutes left until my flight was supposed to depart. I rushed to the security checkpoint and ran to my gate in fear of missing my flight, only to find another large line of people. They hadn't even started boarding! After waiting 10 minutes in line (10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart), the crew slowly strolled to the gate. They didn't even seem to care. Overall, my experience was below average, but seeing how people were not allowed to board due to the airline not being prepared for this flight, I would say I won't be flying Aeromexico again."

Fortunately there were some empty seats so we could move. Would not have chosen that seat if website shared that information. The TV screens came done from the ceiling so everyone had to watch same thing. Music channels only played a few songs over and over again. This plane needs to be retired or have major upgrades. Definitely an older plane."

Canada->USA->Mexico is not International???"

Was told to “go online” and file a lost and found report. This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."

There were only 2 people helping on check in (in machines) and these people were still not helping people (like me) with questions about on how to do check in in those machines. On the other hand to dispatch the bags there were almost 8 attendants to receive the bags. Ridiculous! I’ve tried calling American Airlines and Latam several times to assign a seat for me and they swore there were only middle seats but I know how airlines work to make extra money on these seats. At the end, they only gave me a middle seat option and I had to take I.t of course. On the plane I realized there were dozens of empty seats and yet they made sure not give them to me or anyone else. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I still have to use AA on my way back to Brazil. After this, I’ll chose another airlines for sure. Also, the 3,4,3 arrangement is ridiculous: there’s no corridor space making people touching you everything someone passes by your seat. And boy! Those seats are so uncomfortable and there’s no way to incline the chair so you can even have a little rest (because it’s impossible to even sleep on those seats). The crew were simply doing their jobs! No pleasure! No smile! No engaging with anyone unfortunately! They looked miserable and I asked for water and the flight attendant NEVER brought me anything. Seriously! Water is free!"

When I purchased the tickets online it never told me that there would be a charge for my bag. The plane was half empty. People payed for there seats when it wasn't necessary there was plenty of room on the plane"

Cons: "The big one is that when we tried to check in with Qantas, we were informed that we needed to check in with American Airlines and could not check in. Had we not been to the airport 2.5 hours early, we would have had a great shot at missing our flight because of this.As it was, we only had 15 extra minutes from when we got to the gate from when we boarded. Even this email you just sent to me said "rate your Qantas Flight", not rate your American Airlines flight coshared by Qantas. The other big gripe is that we sat on the tarmac for way longer than I would have expected. LAX Sucks."

Offered service only once and many were sleeping so didn’t get anything. The overall check-in process could be easier, as the app doesn’t always work as it should."

Cons: "The flight was delayed several hours. The rows are way too close together to be remotely comfortable, and the seats themselves are tiny and barely recline. Being 5 months pregnant, I was uncomfortable the entire flight. The "entertainment" that you have to download an app for didn't work, and particularly stung knowing how much we paid for the flights, and that other airlines simply put a TV on the back of each seat that is easy to connect headphones and view. The food on our previous flight had been so terrible we didn't bother on this trip, but it looked equally awful. My husband was in the aisle seat and the flight attendant repeatedly and without warning hit him with the cart. The flight attendants varied in level of friendliness, but the ones in our row rushed through service, and did not give us the options the other row had (ice in drinks, veggie or meat options). All in all, it was kind of a terrible flight experience."

Cons: "The wireless entertainment system is slow and glitchy and did not work on an older iPad. The food was subpar but by airline standards was middle of the road."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 hours due to mechanical issues. Missed our connection to LAX in Toronto due to the delay. Poor communication from on the ground staff regarding the rebooking. When we actually got our rebooked flight, it was for two days later. Took multiple calls to booking line to get a more reasonable flight out the following day. The hotel they put us up in was over 40 minutes away too. To add insult to injury, when we finally got to LAX, our luggage didn't make it and didn't get delivered until two days later. Overall very poor experience."

Cons: "1, no food 2, pay for the luggage 3, very small leg room 4, too low temperature in the cabin and no blanket"

Pros: "Crew were excellent, flight itself was comfortable once finally underway"
Cons: "My flight was delayed, never given an explanation. My bag did not arrive with my flight from Victoria to Toronto. I was never told why this happened, and I was refused entry through customs and forced to miss my connecting flight."

Cons: "Couldn't move. Had the seat in front of me so close I couldn't use my computer to do work. Had I known I wouldn't have brought it."

Cons: "Cramped seating"

Cons: "Boarding always seems a bit of a jumble. Everyone stands around for what seems like an age. They announce zones 1 and 2, then people with children, then everyone else, but we are all standing around and then trying to queue for a long time."

Pros: "The plane was spacious with comfortable seats. Entertainment selections were a highlight. I liked that they offered your buds. Not nearly as bad as United despite some customer service issues."
Cons: "Our tables were dirty so we could not set our drinks and food on them. When we were boarding, one of the crew members was yelling at an older Asian lady. She was in the wrong seat but she obviously did not speak English. She was also of the age where she could have had dementia. He said that she was responsible for holding up the plane and the boarding process. On the return flight, I encountered a very rude boarding agent. Her actions warranted an apology, but I did not receive one. She just would not look at me."

Pros: "Pathetic delay time that was not weather related, they should have had another plane. I will not say that I will never fly Air Canada again just because departure time may leave me no choice but given a choice that suits my travel schedule it will not be them."

Cons: "With an hour delay out of Paris due to waiting for missing aircraft flight documents to be completed and delivered to the airplane on the holding ramp, we ended up arriving in Toronto an hour late. With only an original connection time of 90 minutes, it was not possible for me to make it thru Canadian and US customs to the connection gate. I was to learn that no other connection to a Kansas City was available until much later in the afternoon / early evening. As a result, I ended up arriving in Kansas City 6 (six) hours later than originally scheduled, three quarters of the time it took to travel from Paris to Toronto. To say the least , I was not at all thrilled having lost that time."

Pros: "The price was decent."
Cons: "I was travelling with a 13 yr old and expected to be seated together when I booked. I didn't know I needed to pluck my seats if I didn't want to pay extra. The woman at boarding moved our seats, however, closer at boarding, which I thought was pretty considerate."

Pros: "That this flight wasn't as bad as the rest of my trip with them."
Cons: "no room , overpriced, poor entertainment, old plane, dirty bathroom, no personal fan/ air vent, so so food."

Cons: "I never received an e-mail to check in, and by the time I remembered (morning of), this resulted in me not having a seat assigned on my ticket. This caused a lot of needless stress, though to Air Canada's credit, they got all those waiting for a seat assignment on board. On my return trip, I did receive an e-mail - luckily, as the flight was overbooked again."

Expected much more from Air Canada."

Cons: "Plane sat on Tarmac for 45 mins Flight attendant was busy chatting personal matters non-stop and was loud, when passengers were totally annoyed from waiting 45 mins to deplane"

Cons: "Flight was delayed over 4 hours due to Air Canada needing a mechanic to check and sign off on the tire tread on one of the wheels, the ground staff enforced the carry-on bag size arbitrarily and inconsistently, and the entertainment system froze up and reset itself at least 3 times on the flight. Apart from the captain, the rest of the Air Canada staff exhibited the usual bureaucratic and defensive behavior I have unfortunately seen multiple times before. They're expensive (with a nasty computer algorithm that raises the price by over $100 each time you browse flights. The first time I checked, it was $300+; by the 3rd time it was over $600. When I used a VPN, the price magically went down to $300 plus, which was still a lot) and the experience is generally unpleasant. I have to brace myself for their lack of common sense behavior every time I deal with them. If I didn't have to fly with them, I wouldn't."

Pros: "Venice airport is in a chaotic state of reconstruction and seems to lack information services for connecting flights. As a result, I was directed to the Air Canada check in counter, which then made it necessary to re-enter the security line, followed by a massive passport line. Each line was backed up to the limits. Only by begging people in line was I able to make it to my connecting flight seconds before they closed the door. I was the last to enter during "Last Call." Nevertheless, the crew of the Air Canada flight were outstanding. No entertainment except iPad movies for $10.00."

Cons: "Flight was delayed nearly two hours. Gate signs were never updated. 7 gate attendants spent 1.5 hrs standing at the gate talking laughing and joking amoungst themselves. They appeared annoyed when anyone asked for an update. They finally announced they were waiting for a wheelchair to unload a passenger from the previous flight. They announced they were ready to board zone 1 and 2 and then did nothing for another 25 minutes. Funny when we finally boarded nobody ever saw a wheelchair go on or off the plane. Understand that flights are delayed but no updates or explanations and a gate crew that seemed annoyed that the passengers were disrupting their social time was unacceptable."

Pros: "Great service (Business Class)"
Cons: "Delayed 1.5 hours due to fueling issue in YYJ (not Air Canada's fault) Breakfast (business class) never varies and is getting somewhat boring"

Pros: "The aircraft was clean, flight on time, service and staff were very professional and courteous."
Cons: "Boarding should be from the rear of the aircraft to reduce congestion in the aisles. Need more vegetarian food options."

Pros: "Great Customer Service"

Pros: "Same as stated above"

Pros: "The flight attendants were friendly and amazing. They checked on me when I let them know I was sick and made sure I had plenty of ginger ale."
Cons: "Disliked dealing with Luftansa airlines. Canada Air was amazing with customer service compared to Luftansa."

Pros: "I was able to be put on later flights (my first leg was delayed several hours due to weather), but the staff either didn't have information and/or directed me elsewhere to obtain information. That's about all good I can say about the trip."
Cons: "Poor communication from Air Canada staff about when the next flight would be, moving us off the plane after it had to return to Victoria, only to send us back on within ten minutes or so."
