Cons: They charged EUR 50 for the 1st bag of luggage on an international flight. I never heard this before.

Cons: the fact they changed my schedule and had to come in earlier customer service was awful and my luggage came back dirty and the best response was that the belts are dirty and i can expect wear and tear. not only that i had to book myself an earlier trip to pay the standby fee so i can leave the same time my brother left tsa screening had us wait 20 min before we move in the line for the fact no worker was there but one guy and i was the last person to board the plane after almost missing closing gates my expierence was awful and disrespectful

Cons: I checked on Brussels and united about baggage rules and was very rudely surprised that I had to pay to check my luggage. And will have to on the way back. Has never happened before, pretty upset.

Cons: Amazes me how the airlines can shrink legroom. I'm 6'5" & had an economy middle row middle seat. Needsless to say, I was stuck actually & figuratively since it was a full flight.

Pros: It was fine. It was a short flight, so I didn't get food, or use any of the entertainment or anything like that. It was a little cramped though, but, like I said it was a short flight, so that was fine.

Cons: I'm not sure the stewardess is really a morning person. She wasn't rude or anything, but she wasn't nice either. :)

Cons: The tv kept having problems. In all three seats we were in. We could only watch tv but the audio kept cutting out. Annoying to say the least

Cons: Itinerary was changed from the one that was booked. Flight was preponed by 2hours.

Cons: Seat assignment at gate and it changed 3 times to Accommodate others.

Cons: Entertainment doesn't work on laptop - only on phone or tablet. Westjet seating is tight.

Cons: When tavelling with a child, which is always identified at the time of booking by providing child's age, every other airline was able to accommodate seating together. Even at the lowest fare class. Not Westjet, their automatic computer seating assignment gave us seats in separate rows !! When asked at the checkin and also again at the gate, we were told that the fare class that we paid for does not allow seat changes. They simply would not seat a parent and a child together unless we paid extra $25/person to change seats. This kind of gauging for money was shocking. Especially when there were 3 other rows behind us with free seats together !! This was clearly a case of wanting more money. At the lowest fare class parents travelling with children can expect the child to be sitting separately from them. Or pay up more.

Cons: If you are in Zone 3 or 4 you pretty much have to check in your bag back there is no more room. Which I don’t understand and is highly incovienent.

Cons: That Delta was not more accommodating when I missed my flight.. Got totally lost in Austin. Have never driven there before and highways were difficult at times. $503 to get on another flight home. Ended up getting better deal at Southwest. Will most likely stick with them next time I am forced to fly.

Pros: The whole thing was very pleasant, from boarding to the flight, to the awesome crew, very helpful, always smiling, we traveled with my mom, and mother in law, both in their late 60s and 7 years old kid, and everyone from the ticket counter to the crew always ready to help, first time I fly Alaska, and in my opinion, a better experience than when I had traveled with the other major carriers.

Cons: My experience: Animal Abuse during boarding, cancellation of flights every single time I’ve booked flights, horrible mess with customer service, just don’t care about people...
