Internet not working during the flight - what a big miss!
The seat was hard as a rock. Business class seats were coach seats with no one in the middle. Service and food were excellent.
Every one was attentive, the food was really very good . All and all was an excellent experience .
When a flight has a delay of about an hour it is customary to announce the passengers
Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.
The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.
I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.
Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.
Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens
Snacks could come back to normal now that COVID rules have relaxed, given this is not a low fare company
Old planes and rude crew. They need a make over and better staff training. Even business class crew was rude and the hospitality was non existent.
Great. Only issue…the cabin was kept as warm as a sauna.
Connecting in Frankfurt was a nightmare! Whoever scheduled our connection in Frankfurt for 90 minutes should be fired! Passport control takes 3 hours, minimum! Avoid Frankfurt airport at all costs! Never again! The airport is 3rd world. The WORST!
The tv and remote didn’t work. The plug to charge our phone didn’t work.
No food, no entertainment, but that's normal for short-haul flight.
The service and food was excellent. The remote control for entertainment did not function properly.
Hectic boarding process. I upgraded to business class which was no different than economy except for the food service. Totally not worth it.
I’m not a happy customer. Lufthansa cancelled my flight 3 times, and I had to rebook a flight to Larnaca, but a flight to Tel Aviv and pay for a hotel. Then the flight back was cancelled and now I have to find my own way back. Terrible.

Absolutely inadequate transfer at Munich airport. Lufthansa sold a ticket for a flight with 45 mins transfer, and your connecting flight is actually in a different terminal. In order to get to that terminal you need to walk 10 mins to a train station, take a train, and then go through passport control. All this in less than 45 mins (deduct 20 mins for boarding)? Madness.
My flight out of London was canceled on September 9. We could not get a flight to Italy until 2 days later. That means we would miss my son's wedding. So we had to take a train from Heathrow to central London (14 £ = $18.99). We then had to take the train from London to Paris (612£=$830.24). We had to take a taxi from the Paris train station to the Hotel Sixteen in Paris (€67.5=$78.67). Our hotel in Paris is (€340 = $396.26). Our flight from Paris to Italy was (€442.25=$515). Waited until boarding started before saying there was no overhead luggage space on the plane.
Flight was delayed leaving Heathrow by 1 hour. No onboard entertainment and basic food available for purchase.
Not enough food for a 4 hour trip…Lack of entertainment and with no WIfi accessibility I didn’t figure it out how to access free WiFi
Need thicker and wider blankets. Food was below standard especially in the fist leg.
Decrepit planes, poor business class layout designed to maximize revenue, no decent movie selection.
this was a good experience from on time boarding and take off to early arrival. Comfortable seats became empty seat next to me.
Lost bag - again. No help from staff at Nice - they have a handling agent who does nothing No emergency kit Try calling BA - they eventually found the bag - now on later flight. Trying to get someone to help in the short term is impossible. If I am unhappy - then I have to log it on a website. The agent said he was only able to help with future bookings - not assist in the chaos BA had caused. IF YOU WANT SERVICE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG - PICK ANYONE BUT BA. Personally - I'm joining ABBA (Anyone But BA) again.

Newer movies. More kids shows. Better food. Crew from Nassau to London was not very nice. No meal, entertainment or reclining seats on 4+ hour flight from London to Cyprus.
It was better than the previous flight only because the crew was not rude and did not force us to accept food but the entire flight was overheated from start to finish and it was the only time with an airlines i felt i may not make it home .
EgyptAir has significantly improved, especially its cabin crew and service. The catering is better than before, though it still has room for improvement. Now we look forward to fleet renewal.
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.
The worst experience ever, me and my little daughter suffered a lot on this trip. If there is zero or below-zero evaluation, definitely, I will give them.

Our flight was delayed for more than three hours due to mechanical issues. Please compensate.
Check in was madness. Boarding was madness. The flight itself was OK, and the flight attendants were nice. Connection to my next flight was two hours. But based on my arrival gate in Cairo, and next departure gate in Cairo, the whole two hours were needed given the inefficient procedures. At the end of my journey (connected to Lufthansa after Egyptair), my checked luggage did not arrive, and after 4 days, has still not arrived.
Cairo airport has probably the most stressful and overcomplicated security system in the world. Can't really blame Egypt Airlines.
Comfortable flight with decent legroom and good seats. The crew were helpful and courteous and managed well with the stressful boarding and the chaos that’s involved. The food was decent, more than expected from a short flight like this. The only reservation I have was that the crew allowed passengers to board With massive amounts of hand luggage which were piled up on the empty seats next to passengers and and it was a risk to all passengers in the case of turbulence or emergency landing. I’ve never seen this ever on any flights I have boarded with many other airlines.
I had a great experience with EGYPTAIR. They offered me to check in my handbag which made it very easy since I use a cane. Thank you to EGYPTAIR crew for making sure everyone is receiving the right services.
