just a child who screamed and threw tantrums the entire flight
Flight ended up being longer than anticipated because we had to reroute to the Bahamas. So a hour and half flight turned into 5 hours. 0/10.
Checking in, boarding, the food and crew were all excellent. It was my first time traveling on Caribbean Airlines and trust me it’s the only airline I’ll be flying on as of now as long as it’s going my way😁. The service was unbelievably good I don’t regret missing my flight on flair at all cause I wouldn’t have realized how great the service is on Caribbean Airlines
The flight could'nt be better ,the comfort ,the crew and everything was good.i will definitely fly with this sirline again.
I was treated well in first class. I have no complaints. I will definitely fly with my favourite airline again this year.
It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.
Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.
Blehh the airline just sucks sorry to say but the crew was nice.
The crew on bw462 and I believe the leading flight crew Is very rude and her face is not pleasant the way she speaks to pax is not what someone would want to have to deal with on a flight.
From the point of checking in I felt as if the agents and crew were like family and friends. The best customer service experience I ever had.

Over the course of 7 months of travel, I can count on my hand the number of times the flight has departed on time. Majority of the instances have been related to non-weather reasons. Would not recommend flying this Airline
The food was okay and the space in business class was smaller than we had to Singapore.
Boarding was awful - no order, people cutting in line, completely chaotic Planes are very old and uncomfortable. Noticeable difference between Delta and United on same route.
Finnair is a really good airline! We specifically looked for them on this trip. On time, great crew, and overall great experience.
The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.
we had flown from Okinawa and had breakfast in Okinawa. There were issues with the plane so service was postponed. I asked a crew member if we could get something to eat as I was very hungry. Shevwas so nice that shev brought nuts for all of us. The sad part is that thevnuts were stale but I was hungry so I ate them. My side of the rew was really very nice. Both my wife and I travel quite a bit even though we cannot lift our bags as we get help. My wife asked her dso=ide crew if she could help put up the computer bag. She told he that its not her job. Oh well
Boarding was earlier than expected and no notification was sent to me. Had to wait in a bus that was really hot causing me to sweat more than I would have liked. Didn’t expect that “business” class as it wasn’t too different to economy. Service and staff were incredible though.
Pilots were fantastic - super smooth. First Class flight attendant was very attentive. Main Cabin flight attendant should try to smooth the rough edges of her voice - very shrill / punitive. Hurt my ears just to listen to her. Recognize they have a (tough) job to do - but tone over speakers needs to be less like scolding a 5 year old.
This flight moved Gates several times in a short time period, from B to C, which required a substantial walk or rail ride. Then the flight was delayed more than 2 hours and the food was subpar compared to other flights.
