Istanbul to Lahore flight was less than standard for international business class cabins. Seat did not were not flat and it did not operate easily. I had to push buttons hard repeatedly to operate the seat. I was in 5A seat
Worst of the 3 flights so far. Food was not good, wasn’t ask my choice. Airplane was the A320 which was not as nice as the 787. Left and arrived late.
IAH to Istanbul was outstanding across the board. The flight from Istanbul to Male was good, not great.
Our flight was canceled with no rebooking offered. We are still waiting for a refund and had to book a very expensive flight to return to Toronto without any compensation or help from Turkish or flight hub. Extremely poor service during a time of crisis, speaks volumes about the type of airline and flight hub as a disaster of a company with zero accountability

The local Turkish Airlines staff in Helsinki isn’t not aware of immigration laws of Singapore and wanted to refuse even our first boarding and threatened us with deportation on our own from Singapore. We had the next connection to Istanbul and then Singapore. The airline’s online check in system is requesting the visa to download and doesn’t have any option for 96 hrs VFTF passengers. So in general we made the complaint to the airline, as the boarding experience was awful due to unprofessional staff that doesn’t check or want to check the exceptions in the global system.
It was an amazing experience. Flight crew's service, hospitality, and the food were phenomenal. I don't think I'd want to try any other airline company after this. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Turkish Airlines !

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
Seats are disaster, not comfortable at all. With my height 183 cm there were no space for my legs... The airplane was Turkish airlines and no entertainment on board.
Bad. Cancelled and delayed flight. Payed 25£ for seat but got just normal one. No one refunded the money.
As usual, the flight was late with the typical excuse of "a technical issue beyond our control." This is the same excuse they use every late flight which is EVERY flight.
3 hours delay for a 1.5h flight on a stinky plane
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.
Very good service with EGYPTAIR, would definitely recommend flying with them.
To be honest, there has been a significant improvement in the level of EgyptAir in terms of service and food quality.
Very basic service in business class. Mediocre will be the right word to describe them. Also, we arrived 8 hours late.
Flight was delayed for 3 hrs and there is nothing at the terminal except going back through security again. Food was offered but no vegetarian option
The worst experience ever, me and my little daughter suffered a lot on this trip. If there is zero or below-zero evaluation, definitely, I will give them.

Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.
The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .
Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.
It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.
دائما تأخير في مواعيد الإقلاع انتظار طويل داخل الطائرة في الحر لعدم وجود باص لنقل الركاب تأخير الأمتعة اكثر من ساعة على السير برغم انها الطائرة الوحيدة في التوقيت الطائرة نظيفة من الداخل . طاقم المضيفات غير ملتزم باعطاء التعليمات قبل الاقلاع
Nile air is more expensive than Egypt air as it is what you buy when Egyptaor flights are full. There is no way to check in online , which adds an unnecessary layer of stress to the trip .
Delayed more than an hour going to Jaddah and more than 2 hours coming back.
Economic travel but still expensive, small aircraft , but best time to travel .
Transit through Cairo was abysmal. Will be informing colleagues A route I will never take again !!!
