I recently flew with Saudi Arabian Airlines, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive throughout the journey. Check-in was smooth and well-organized, and boarding was efficient and on time. The cabin was spotless and comfortable, with plenty of legroom and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The in-flight service was top-notch — meals were delicious and offered with generous portions, and the crew made sure every passenger was well taken care of. I also appreciated the wide range of entertainment options, including movies, music, and TV shows in multiple languages. The flight was punctual, and the overall experience reflected the airline’s strong commitment to hospitality and passenger satisfaction. Apart from chaotic boarding - which I totally understand was outside the control of gate staff. It was comfortable mid haul flight. Well done to cabin crew for their patience and hospitality with largely elderly passengers returning from pilgrimage.
I think the staff was short. Being Vegan, I ordered a custom meal. The meal was not provided both two ways. I assume they forgot. They were short on staff. It was taking for ever to provide service. people were getting restless.
Very poor show. Flight got delayed due to fog in Lahore. This is understandable. However, no arrangements were made for nany hours, once some things was organised, there was no leadership, no support to families with children's, disabled passengers. Took to hotel where it took 3 hours to sort out room allocation, that after finding partner to a minimum of 4 people. Couples were asked to find another couple before room is allocated. After 2 5 Hours of reaching room,return journey started with total chaos, no leadership at airport. Several derours to finally get new boarding passes. Asking the reason why flight was cancelled, the Saudi airline staff recommended using other Airlines in future.Finally boarding nobody inside the aeroplane helping old, illiterate to find their allocated sears. Sort out luggage storage. All the staff stayed in their kitchen areas to let passengers sort out. In-flight service wad good. Overall very poor experience.

This booking was as a result of stolen identity and hacking my debit account. I reported it to my bank. The thief tried to book two flights, maybe more. Hopefully, Kayak will be able to block fraudulent bookings and charges better in the future.
Thw pla e was freezing by dar the cildest flight i’ve been on. The seats are comfortable the leg room is spacious and the seat is in leather very confy. Unfortunately old plane so no plugs the entertainment is limited the inflight internet is very expensive 20$ per hour for 50mb on a 17h you will take 2 times to contact your family and work. At this cost it goes very quick very high. The food is very mediocre A breakfast tastless A snack A meal super spicy A lot of improvement are to be made

There was not enough meals to serve in business class. The crew was busy and not very accommodating. They talked to each other more than attending to the passengers needs. Not professional at all and not properly supervised at all.
The check in process was a disaster. There no clear lines and there were people everywhere, pushing and cutting in line. There was no communication about flight delay and our flight arrived 5 hours late. Causing us to run to our next flight. Our luggage did not make the flight

Liked getting into Milan at 10 AM. Also ok to get into LAX at 9:35 pm. - less traffic driving home. Layover a bit long - say 3-4 hours each way. Montreal airport kind of grim these days. Would lose the duty free area. Think art versus advertising. Maybe local shops and food spots. And keep layover short - like 1 hour on Finnair in Helsinki.
Crew were fabulous, motivated and sincere in their connections. The chairs need reupholster as they have lost their stuffing lol Food was meh. Most of us have to eat healthy these days. Really impressed with the staff
We only have pretzels to eat besides the meals served. The bathrooms should be cleaned more often as the floor was so wet.

Flight landed few minutes earlier than scheduled, but unfortunately, they kept us inside the plane for 25 minutes till gate was ready! This was very frustrating given that we were on a more than 11 hours flight...
Entertainment system is good but the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Quite unpleasant compared to other airlines. Also the food was really bad. I usually eat everything on a flight but I had to leave one of the meals even though I was so hungry. It was not edible.

All the flights on time, food better than expected. There were a couple of forms that needed to be turned in upon arrival that could’ve been handed out in the airplane to make the immigration process easier

The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .

Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.

Worst Airline Experience of My Life – I Would Never Fly EgyptAir Again Our family of four traveled from Makkah to Washington Dulles (IAD) with a connection in Cairo, and it was by far the worst airline experience we have ever had. Our problems began before we even reached Cairo. The aircraft made what felt like an extremely hard and rapid descent, causing severe ear pain for me and my children. My son was crying in pain. When I asked a flight attendant for earplugs or any assistance, she simply replied that they had nothing. At Cairo Airport, EgyptAir left us and three other connecting passengers in a deserted area away from the terminal. Despite a three-hour layover, multiple requests for help, and shuttle vans passing every few minutes, the staff refused to assist us. Only after another passenger loudly confronted the staff were we finally allowed onto a shuttle, leaving us with barely an hour before departure. The onboard experience was just as disappointing. A middle-aged male crew member was rude and dismissive. During our 13-hour flight, no one offered us water, our call button was ignored, and meal trays remained in front of us until I had to repeatedly ask for them to be removed. The food was unpleasant, the aircraft was dirty, and the seats and windows were covered with fingerprints and grime. Cairo Airport itself was shockingly dirty and poorly maintained. I have flown with Emirates and Etihad Airways, and the difference is remarkable. Those airlines prioritize professionalism, cleanliness, safety, and customer service. EgyptAir did not. This experience was stressful, exhausting, and unacceptable for my family. I am sharing it because I do not want other families to go through the same ordeal. I will be telling my family, friends, colleagues, and anyone considering EgyptAir about what we experienced so they can make an informed decision. If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend EgyptAir to anyone.

EgyptAir has significantly improved, especially its cabin crew and service. The catering is better than before, though it still has room for improvement. Now we look forward to fleet renewal.
The temperature in the plane was very warm, never experienced in any airlines we have flown, normally its freezing. our trip from JFK to Cairo was unbearably warm.
3 hours delay for a 1.5h flight on a stinky plane
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.

Very basic service in business class. Mediocre will be the right word to describe them. Also, we arrived 8 hours late.
Taking the bus from the terminal to the plane isn't an easy experience, especially when traveling with an elderly person and have to carry the carry-on bags up the plane stairs.
i cannot remember in the last 10 years, when was the last time i couldn't stretch my legs while sitting. while seated, my knees are almost touching the seat in front of me. the order of Languages of onboard announcements is not the best in all other companies they use their national language FIRST , in air senegal they lut rheir national language last. What a shame
Awful. Seats on this Dreamliner really uncomfortable with broken tables. No food selection availability in business class. Poor service. No engagement senior flight attendant spent more time applying make up then speaking to her guests. It appeared that the right side received a different level of service to the left when there were only 8 people. Worst flight I have ever had. A great way to ruin an outstanding two week with this return flight
Worst flight experience of my life. It was cancelled and they left us in the airport for 7 hours having no idea what to do.
Check in process is terrible, only one counter opens to serve over hundred passengers, agents are incompetent and took too long to get passengers boarding passes. Supervisor is no help neither. On board entertainment 90% monitors were defective.
Check-in could have been a little early and I wished the airline would have serve some better real food rather than serving a very hard bread for a 8hrs flight.
While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds
when we ask for water or any help nobody care.. they are too arrogant
