Great flight, arrived early.....perfect

Pros: "let me wait for next flight 24 hours later"
Cons: "getting me on my flight and let me wait for 24 hours"
Pros: "Perfect"
Pros: "Very friendly crew. Great food. Good entertainment system. I sat in premium economy so can't say what the economy section was like."
Cons: "Plane was damn cold!"
Pros: "The service"
Cons: "Nothing so far, thanks."
Pros: "The seating was good and the pilot was friendly."
Cons: "There was not a good movie selection and there was not a lot of information regarding the altitude and there was not very much warning during turbulence."
Cons: "crew was rude and unhelpful with delayed flight"
Cons: "My direct flight was cancelled and rebooked with a connecting flight."
Pros: "There was nothing outstanding on this flight."
Cons: "We were delayed on boarding, they changed the gate number a number of times... it was all very disorganized. Both flights to and from LAX were delayed hours so they had to give us a voucher for 15% off our next flight."
Pros: "No wasted time, they load you up and get you where you want to be."
Cons: "Be sure to gate check anything larger than a small backpack or purse. There is little room on board for carry-on's"
Cons: "Departure late, no AC in cabin while we sat on tarmac"
Cons: "One hour late"
Cons: "Flight was delayed"
Pros: "Friendly staff, smooth flights"
Cons: "limited leg room"
Cons: "The flight was late."
Pros: "Decent crew. Decent collection of movies."
Cons: "Overall, this flight service from Montreal for Los Angeles (6 hrs flight) service was worse than the interconnection flight I have experienced in Europe (2 hrs flight). There is no snack provided on this journey and you have to pay for everything (snacks and even the headphones). On the European flights, the snack was provided multiple times for short duration of the flight."
Cons: "Food"
Cons: "The in-flight entertainment videos do not have closed captioning. This is highly discriminatory towards the hearing impaired. I am really disappointed that Air Canada has so blatantly neglected the comfort of passengers with hearing disabilities."
Cons: "Flight was delayed by 10 minutes but had to wait 45 minutes on the plane before take off. Quite stressful and tiring!"
Cons: "First flight to LA flight was delayed 7 hours from Calgary to LA on the way back flight was delayed again but from 1 hour what made missed my flight from Calgary to Edmonton when we finily landed in Edmonton my luggage was lost worse flight ever"
Cons: "People who insist on bringing their "carry on" luggage on board. The cases are clearly over sized and then they get to put them in the hold for free, meanwhile, those of us who are honest about the size have paid to check their luggage from the start. Everyone should be able to check one bag for free and anyone who brings more than real carry on should be charged a fee. It would speed up onboarding and off loading and would not create the danger of suitcases falling on people's heads when they are put in the overhead bins."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Was delayed 2 hours on the way there (MTL to NYC). On the way back my flight was cancelled and was booked on the next flight. I had my gfs bday and couldn't miss it. What a bad experience."
Pros: "All was well. Thanks"
Pros: "the service was excellent"
Cons: "Not aconfortable plane"
Pros: "There was more room on this plane. Also an agent was waiting at the gate with hotel and meal vouchers when we landed in Vancouver. The hotel we stayed in was very nice."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Boarding process was good"
Cons: "No free snacks offered"
Pros: "The ONLY part of flying Air Canada that I used to like was your partnership with SAS, over the past ten years I have lost more airtravel points through Star Alliance troubles than I could have made in the decade before. Luckily when I fly from my birth place of St. John's NL, you're ground staff are the absolute best! I can give "shout outs" to each and every one of them. From those ready for retirement to the new staff just in from "who knows where", they get the whole "customer service" priority that your airline needs to focus on. Your management in Halifax "Sharon" is out of this world too, other than that whether through Lufthansa, Air Canada or anywhere I would travel, seeing that red leaf on your wing would make me ashamed to be Canadian."
Cons: "I paid extra for a seat to ensure leg room, all I got was ear ache! The flight - although half empty had no place for my briefcase, but I was "ordered" to push my sealskin bag under the dirty greasy seat in front of me. When I requested they store it upfront for take-off & landing - the french female steward started flirting with the man sitting next to me and didn't even offer a response. When drinks came around - I was handed a half empty glass with juice on it's exterior and borrowed a napkin from the next seat. Later I did get a napkin "thrown gently" over the person she enjoyed speaking with. I was happy to wait until connecting passengers disembarked before the local traffic, but was appalled when the more senior female steward stopped a local passenger who I know has anxiety about flying - to insist she let the other passengers off first. Air Canada needs to be educated on what human behaviour entails, before they can graduate to customer service. Together with my first name, you can know my last name is Floyd"
Pros: "I liked the newer plane as the head rests were more comfortable with the movable sides."
Pros: "Seats are comfortable and I had plenty of leg room."
Cons: "No snacks offered with drink. Boarding wasn't well organized. Toronto airport is horrible... long lines at customs and security caused me to miss my connection for the second time in a row."
Pros: "Air canada needs a serious serious overhaul of the way they treat their customers especially those working at the Toronto airport I find their employees have an "entitlement" mentality that other carriers do not Customer service seems to be a priority not talking to your coworkers about the weekend while serving your customers"
Cons: "There was one employee who suggested to take an earlier flight and was very helpful Little things go along way"
Cons: "Horrible to say the least"
Pros: "The crew"
Cons: "The fact that you will have to travel almost 10 hours with absolutely no entertainment tv music etc. Not even a video on an era when Airlines should offer this as a standard. That was bad. Really bad"
Pros: "The pilot kept us informed as to what the delay was."
Cons: "That there was a delay of over an hour. The seats were not comfortable due to lack of space. Could not move around at all and the service cart barely fit in the aisle. Very uncomfortable ergonomic seating."
Cons: "Staff was rude. And I was seated next to an alchoholic"
Pros: "Great service by airline and entertainment was good too."
Cons: "At this time I do not have anything to add."
Pros: "Lots of leg room. Friendly and helpful staff. Smooth flight and comfortable seats."
Cons: "We didn't like all the walking to get to and from the plane in Terminal 2, Heathrow. Anywhere else in the world would transport people by bus if it was going to be a twenty minute walk to the departure gate."
Pros: "I like that they let us board the flight because we had some issues getting to the airport."
Cons: "There wasn't anything I didn't like."
Cons: "the seats were very uncomfortable and didn't recline"
Pros: "I appreciated the timing of when they fed us. It was almost like they read my mind each time I thought... Hmm I'm getting hungry. The movie/tv selection was excellent."
Cons: "I felt cramp, which it's economy class so of course. But in the back there were tons of open rows and I wish they had spread us out."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "A 3.5 hour layover is more than sufficient for a connecting flight. Air canada messed up and almost lost my luggage in toronto. This airline has the worst customer service. Pay for food on a 4 hour flight? Are you kidding me?"
Pros: "For a small aircraft like that, it was really comfortable."
Pros: "The plane was a large one so it makes my trip comfortable with my 2 years and 2 months baby"
Cons: "it seems to be expensive to pay full ticket price for a 2 years and 2 months baby in addition to 1 small bag for the 2 of us."
Pros: "Nice crew, complimentary drink during flight, I only brought carry-on bags so I didn't have to worry about tracking down any lost luggage, but I didn't hear about anyone else on my flight having a problem with their bags so eh."
Cons: "There isn't much space between rows on air canada planes. I'm only 5'6" and it felt a little too close for comfort"
Pros: "Friendly staff. Our luggage was lost but the staff was very friendly and efficient in filing our claim."
Cons: "Luggage was not at our destination. Our luggage was left in Toronto. We are currently waiting for our luggage to be delivered but have no time frame window smaller than in the next 24 hours"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Pretty terrible for an international airline, charge for drinks, earbuds, no inflight entertainment without pre downloading their crappy app, which was full of ancient, terrible movies. Lots of stuff broken on plane, reading light would turn on/off randomly. Very annoying. Charger did not work, had to use the row next to us"
Cons: "waited for 2 hours without the crew letting us know what was going on. it was freezing due to the a/c."
Cons: "No screen to watch movies, had to download their app to watch anything on my phone, which I was not made aware of beforehand."
Pros: "Timing"
Cons: "Lack of sleep"
