The flight from Beijing to Dubai was good. The flight from Dubai to Barcelona was excellent because of the staff on board.
One of the female staff from the cabin crew, forgot to ask us about what we want to drink and focused more on other specific people rather than treating everyone politely. I asked her about the drinks to which she said oh I forgot.
Ove the A380 planes. Comfortable seats. Served great Indian food and Masala Chai!

Comfort and customer service from most if the crew was great. The crew reassigning passengers should consider the presence of infants when reassigning seats. Unfortunately a couple of oversized passengers were relocated next to us, making this segment a bit uncomfortable, as there was not only extra leg space required. I ended up swapping seats with my husband so our baby wouldn't be impacted. My husband travelled quite uncomfortable as the reassigned neighbour shoulder and arm ended up on my husband's seat
The service on board was excellent, the flight wasn’t overbooked and we departed and arrived on time.
Austrian Airlines help and service was fine, but Kayak misled us into believing we had purchased a Business Class ticket. In fact, the tickets were only upgraded Coach Class tickets with luggage restrictions that belonged to the Coach Class. Very disappointed! Paid over $$$$ 9K for the two tickets. Very disappointing!
Quick and organized boarding process, friendly staff but not as many snacks and drinks as the previous flight overnight

Five star experience all around except for my seat, which was broken. It would only go down 70%.Of the way. It defeats the purpose of buying a business class ticket if you don’t actually get to lay flat..

WiFi would have been nice and some more powerful usb ports, available ports could not keep my phone’s charge much less charge the phone.
Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Business class was not worth the extra charge. Overpriced for slightly larger seat. Nothing special. Small older plane.
Bad experience flying with air Canada . Seats not comfortable . Checked bag was delayed and was bought home next day by airport employee. Had to buy toiletries since bag was delayed . No compensation was even suggested . Will not fly air canada again
Pros: The airplane was new and had in-flight entertainment (tablet behind seats) with new movies instead of watching on personal devices. Cons: the flight time was changed without informing us. When I booked the flight, the time was 13:30pm (also in the email confirmation). However, when I reached the airport, the time was conveniently changed to 14:55pm. When I asked at the counter, they said the flight always took off at this time. The booking was made by Air Canada, but the flight was operated by United.
No issues other than paying twice for my seat selection.

On the flight from Montreal to Calgary the flight attendant we had was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she made the flight very comfortable and enjoyable.
Like- beer/wine for free Dis-like- all other aspects- customer service was horrible the entire trip. No help from Air Canada after they changed flight 6+ hours later. Also they put us on standby for no reason. Then almost 2 hours to get our bags after we arrived back at airport
The plane in use lacked an entertainment system (perhaps because it was still being updated?). It was an overnight flight so it wasn't terrible but still. The actual seat was adequate but not great. As an economy flyer, food review is largely irrelevant. I am unhappy with this race to the bottom for services provided especially as it applies to baggage restrictions.
Ground personnel in better mood. Sounded agressive wrt carry on bagage sizing.
Not much....we did not get the complimentary beverages promised in our ticket. My partner and I did not have the window seats promised. We didnt get to sit together.....
