My experience was good. On my return my screen had a glitch but the movie, show and internet options were good. Seats were comfortable, as comfortable as a plane could get in economy. Friendly service. Only complaint would be high price.

Every flight was canceled and they didn’t care much about their passengers

I was tired enough to fall asleep soon after takeoff and slept until "we are starting our descent to Toronto" announcement. That's not bad at all.

It was great to have a vegetarian meal option, but departure was delayed because they had oversold the flight. Air Canada, you’re in charge of how many tickets are sold: don’t oversell!

The lead flight attendent was outstanding. We were delayed waiting for a connection and she kept us up-to-date with a great sense of humor. She also made sure a passenger in the back of the plane was sble to get out first to make a connection. She needs to be recognized by your company! She is awesome!

My experience was good with United too But only not so good thing was that at Calgary airport I was not given lounge access despite of flying business. Aspire lounge denied it to me, which was unfair I feel

Very bed experience never want to travel air canada anymore

Was not sent a link to check in online. Tried to check in online using website. Site didn’t work. Called support line, was told it often didn’t work. Went to counter at airport to check bags and get boarding passes. Had to stand in a lineup. They were unable to tell me how much to pay. Had to take a paper to another counter, took a long time to be told what I owed. I fondly remember the days of checking in online, getting my boarding pass digitally, paying for my luggage on line, scanning my passport at the airport to get my luggage tags, and putting my luggage on the conveyor. Easy peasy. Air Canada has really taken a step back in time, and made what was an easy check in experience to one that seemed unduly long and frustrating.

The food was lousy. No options whatsoever . The checking staff was rude and changed the reserved seat from what I selected from the web site. They claimed that I did not have the right for the seat I selected. Yet nothing indicated that I could not. The lady that was handling my checking was rude and condescending. She asked me to prove that I actually picked the seat assignment online. When I showed her my confirmation she disagreed with me. Second issue was the back and forth on the flight schedule. Two days before hand I got a notice that the flight was delayed by two hours. Next day another notice that the delay was now three hours. No explanation was given. On the day of the flight I was informed that the cause was a delay from the incoming flight from Algiers. This makes absolutely no sense to know ahead of time that a flight would be delayed. The cherry on the cake was another status telling me that the flight was actually gonna take off 30 minutes earlier yet it did not. This was a very negative flight overall. I have flown AC since the mid seventies and this was my worst trip. Hope AC will address these issues and provide again the service we have been accustomed to.

Boarding was weird. They boarded two flights at the same gate at the same time. So mass confusion for the non English/French speakers. So many people at such a small gate. Like every other part of this airport you have to walk miles between everything. Gate to plane was a 5 min walk :) several long flights so I was worried about my steps but ended up walking several miles here so worked out.

I never got to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.

The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey

The service and food was excellent. The remote control for entertainment did not function properly.

All was good, except my USB charging did not work, so my phone got drained and I could not charge it. Same happened to my neighbour.

A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.

The plane (Mitsubishi CRJ) felt old, creaking and not very new. The crew was okay. Hot water provision was broken so hot beverages could't be served.

Not bad. We had preboarding tickets but the preboarding was badly managed. We lined up behind all the parents with little kids etc and when we got to the front of the line the attendant deliberately turned away from us and ignored us until I asked to be allowed to go to the gate. She started telling us that we had to wait until I told her we had preboarding then she let us through.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

One of my suitcases was left in Frankfurt during the layover. The suitcase arrived the next day so, I had to get a cab to drive me for over 200 kilometers to go back to the airport to pickup the suitcase. After I picked up the suitcase and left the airport, I realized that one of the wheels of the suitcase is broken. When I tried to submit a complaint, the system did not allow me to do that because I have to do it at the airport and I have only three days to submit the complaint. Given that I am staying 200 kilometers away from the airport, I am not going to go back again to the airport to submit the complaint about the suitcase. I spent all that money on airline tickets to go to Algeria to be on vacation not to go back and forth for 200 kilometers between where I am staying and the airport.
