Timeliness seems to be optional. Flight was 30 min late despite not coming from anywhere else prior. Information on flight status boards in the airport continued to show “on time” despite being passed the time it should have left.
Everything is smooth and good. While cabin crew didn't wake me up for food. When I got up I asked for my meal then they simply replied I was sleep due to that reason they did not wake me up. In that case I suggest they must keep stickers to place on top wake up or DnD.
Super flight. On time departure and arrival. Very good service. Luggage arrival at DXB was a little delayed but you can’t have everything the very best :)
Emirates need to improve the boarding process. There is no point calling for all First and Business Class passengers plus Platinum, Gold and Silver Skywards members at one time. Further to this, try channeling all these people into one entry point with no defined lines. It was chaos. The is a common issue on the Dubai to Riyadh flight. Poor effort Emirates.
The plane seemed pretty old and the food was not good
Amazing and great experience, crew was available and took great care of my parents. Food was nice and so was the service. Aircraft from Dubai to Mumbai was not so great and was a big showdown of the aircraft service
The food was amazing on our flight. So many options for movies and shows to stay entertained for 12 hours.
Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
Everything was good up until getting off the plane. Riyadh simply cannot handle an A380. Exiting the plane on a remote stand was extremely slow and frustrating, then waiting for buses for transport back to the terminal is another disaster. Give me the 777 any day.
This may have been the hottest cabin temperatures I have experienced on any flight prior to take off lasting for approximately 30 minutes. I am not typically one to complain but I was genuinely worried about the health of several passengers on the flight due to the extreme temperatures including a small toddler.
I got bumped by Qantas to American Airlines incurring a 6 hr layover at lax. I was not happy
Air conditioning was out for about 15 minutes that made it uncomfortable. WiFi went out halfway into the flight. Flight was about 45 minutes late.
Delayed due to weather in Dallas (arriving flight arrived late), then boarded the plane only to deboard immediately afterwards, tire needed to be replaced. Flight supposed to depart at 6:15pm but departed at 9:35pm.
Meals were not so good. Snack between the meals was very bad. Like Japan Airlines, they could eliminate the snack and make the second meal much better.
Baggage allowances are terrible and the experience of only being allowed one bag and paying so much to take sporting equipment to a known ski area should be addressed.
The flight was on time and crew were nice, seats were tight and there was entertainment available
Good service, friendly staff. Food was average for airlines and the seats were small.
Worst flight ever. I was suppose to have a 3 1/2 hour layover in Chicago but got to the gate 4 minutes before boarding.
A cookie and a soda, packed like sardines, will never be a positive experience. Also, boarded a 5:30 flight at 7:45pm
