The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
It was good, I liked the self-serve snacks but it was a little difficult to get the alcohol, which is understandable since I wouldn't want kids sneaking it.
Always have great flight experience on Korean Air. Glad to have been able to book this on Kayak/Under Pricer this year!!

I was handled by some very rude CSA's in DFW. I was forced to check my carry-on as I was flying economy. You are now allowed only 10 kg total on all carry-on items. As my carry-on was 10 kg, and my backpack was 2 kg, I was made to check my luggage. I find this procedure unfair, as many other passengers in economy CLEARLY had more than 10 kgs. If KA insists this is their policy, then it should be enforced uniformly for everyone. TO INCLUDE Business and First Class. They are allowed 18 kg now. From my perspective....absolutely ridiculous. This was the first time in over 35 years I have been made to check my carry-on. I am EXTREMELY disappointed 😞
Customer service is not a top priority from boarding to while on flight, was belittled on boarding Some staff speak english at almost a 0% fluency
2 hour connection time in Seoul to make plane to Bangkok. Giant security lineup. Lots of worry over making flight reduced joy of flying via KE/Incheon. This was a repeat of my flight in Nov 2022, so apparently is the new normal for KE. Flight was boarding after I was forced to jog what seemed to be 2 miles from security to my departure gate. Please fix this. I still cannot understand that if you have already been screened in Canada for dangerous items, and there is no opportunity to obtain any between one plane and the next, why you should be screened AGAIN.
Food was not great. Crew was lovely. There was no whisky on the first leg (BKK - ICN). And it took forever for my luggage to come out at LAX.
They let me board first because I'm a cancer patient & 75 years old. That was greatly helpful.
Everything was fine except the seats were quite compressed and hard for the 12 hour flight
They need to improve on how the plane lands cause it was not smooth at all.
Very routh cabin crew food is only 2 meals for 13 hours fry with them They should get better training how to service good super routh language and talking with customer

The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍

Ask flight attendant for water during flight and she was a little rude get the water.
Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!

Overall, it was a good flight. I was comfortable, that TV screen was large. It’s just the food wasn’t that great.
Previous flight with Cathay from LAX was delayed thus missing this flight to KL by 12 hours. This in turn missed other travel arrangements from KL. They did provide overnight accommodation in Hong Kong.
Cathay has always been great. Even allowed some leniency on my baggage weight. I believe they are also on the more leg room side of airlines.
Missed our flight with Cathay due to late Westjet plane and chaotic Toronto airport. Had to clear customs get bags and re check bags in an hour. Did not make it got lost not clear signage with bag drop off. West jet only allowed 1 checked bag for this international fluid. Cathay checked my second bag for free.
Boarding on any airline is a hot mess. Load your pivilaged passengers, then back to front. Back to front.
The flight experience was good for a long flight over the pole, but it got my wife to the Far East in time.
Problems with entertainment system eventually rectified. Cabin crew attentive and polite but a bit absent minded when it came to remembering requests, salt, sugar etc.
We flew economy light. We did not want to check bags and we had free 1 bag, but just had back packs with small personal item. Try as we may could only get bags down to 17lbs each. So we put 2 lbs from one bag into other and checked it. I think if someone has a checked bag allowance and chose not to use it , it would benefit both parties to bump carry on weight up to the next level of 22lbs or 10kgs. Just a thought.
Trip was fine. My only complaint was that when the passenger in front of me reclined her seat (which was, in essence, the whole flight except landing and take-off,) it was uncomfortably claustrophobic for me and very difficult for my husband to get in and out of his window seat. Also uncomfortable to watch the entertainment because the screen was right in your face.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Lots of movies to choose from as well as tv shows. Highly recommend.
Cathay much better than other options Imigration was a total mess on arrival in KL but not Cathay s fault
Boarding was slow and could have been faster. Flight delayed over an hour and mad rush to catch the connecting flight which was very stressful for seniors! Luggages did not make it and no compensation whatsoever. Although announcements on plane was made for passengers with connecting flights to disembark first, reality was different as not adhered.
I didnt experience it but i saw them and heard that some are not good in customer service. They dont know how to talk with respect and in a nice way.with persons who needs it. Especially with seniors and people who does not know how to speak english that much.
Great food selection in lounge. Excellent bartender, friendly staff. Good service on the plane.
Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry

So far pal express is much better than Cebu pacific in terms of customers service and in flight crew. And on time departure and arrival . Especially if you're taking airbus 320 plane . But the small aircraft like bombardier . It usually delayed .
The food was ordinary, this could be improved. Sleeping was comfortable enough for several hours sleep. The layover time in Manila Mabuhay lounge for 17 hours was awful. Surely I could have been given a flight to Perth within that time on another airline. At 74 years of age I find that far too long and stressful and will probably not travel with Philippine Airlines again for that reason. The food offering on board and in the lounge was also a little underwhelming. The crew were wonderful and the flight comfort was good also.
Good one is its safety. Taking off and landing are good. The bad parts are the managements at airport, especially in Manila. It's horrible.
The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.
Free wifi or cheaper wifi rate will be better. Or upgrade your entertainment system.
Snacks and drinks should be served together and air hostess was not supportive with no smile which was kind of disappointing.
Air canada charged me for a carry on bag that I did not have.
Flight was "over subscribed" which is Air Canada speak for "we cancelled the earlier yyc-yvr flight so we now have more bums than seats".
I was notified 8 hours before that my flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues and they would let me know when they put me on a new flight. Didn’t hear back for 6 hours and was never notified and had to log into the app to find out I was put on a new flight. First time flying with air Canada and won’t fly with them again.
My experience was good. On my return my screen had a glitch but the movie, show and internet options were good. Seats were comfortable, as comfortable as a plane could get in economy. Friendly service. Only complaint would be high price.

I was tired enough to fall asleep soon after takeoff and slept until "we are starting our descent to Toronto" announcement. That's not bad at all.
It was great to have a vegetarian meal option, but departure was delayed because they had oversold the flight. Air Canada, you’re in charge of how many tickets are sold: don’t oversell!
The lead flight attendent was outstanding. We were delayed waiting for a connection and she kept us up-to-date with a great sense of humor. She also made sure a passenger in the back of the plane was sble to get out first to make a connection. She needs to be recognized by your company! She is awesome!
My experience was good with United too But only not so good thing was that at Calgary airport I was not given lounge access despite of flying business. Aspire lounge denied it to me, which was unfair I feel
