Cons: At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on

Pros: Air Canada crews continue to be friendly, polite and proactive, and definitely earn their best-in-North-America ranking.
Cons: I haven't flown AC in a while, but I remember this flight having dinner service and cookies + ice cream. While the printed menus themselves have improved, I would have preferred dinner service over breakfast especially as those with connecting flights get another breakfast no matter how short.
Pros: There was more legroom than I expected.
Cons: Departure was delayed by hours due to the Air Canada computer systems going down. That made it an even later redeye, but the cabin crew insisted on waking everyone up to serve dinner at 2am. Boarding in Toronto was a mess, and the details about what was wrong were very sketchy.
Pros: Crew was great, especially Terrace to Vancouver part, very rough landing in Edmonton, which I know is not the airlines fault.

Cons: Came early to counter & my passport expires August 9th, so they refuse to help me & did not let me go on board even though I had approval from Jordanian country to fly there. Austerian ticket crew & supervisor did not want even to check the pass through to board with permission. The WORSE airline!!!
