Cabin crew was ok.
Ground staff was terrible. Boarding took forever. Plane was dirty. Blanket had stains on them. Overall, just disgusting. I was afraid to touch anything on the plane. I took photos to document.
Economy seats were comfy.
Food was terrible! Literally inedible.

Still cramped esp when front seat reclines. Seats are very uncomfortable by end of flight.
Boarding was slow and people were standing in line for ages before they started to let passengers board. Once boarded, flight was delayed over an hour so we just sat there on the plane. We were sitting in the last row where extremely cold air was just blowing directly at us the entire flight! We asked a few members of the crew including the manager and were told that that's what happens when you're close to the door. It was the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE flight of my life!!! I will never fly Qantas again. They were a complete nightmare and definitely the low point of our wonderful vacation.
Were able to create an allergy friendly meal for my daughter on board, even though the information we called and provided ahead of time was lost.
Economy class seats are too cramped for such long haul flights.
we purchased a sky couch for an extra $700 and was not put in a skycouch row. I have contacted Air New Zealand and have yet to hear back from them.

I was feeling motion sick and several flight attendants went out of their way to help me feel better. I wish I knew their names as I would specifically mention them, but I really appreciate everything they did for me during that time.
