The bus eventually came, offloaded half the passengers and then returned 20 minutes later to start to offload the rest. It's the longest time I've ever spend disembarking from a plane and clearing an airport - very poor whoever was responsible (I'm assuming Sydney airport was at fault)."

The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

Cons: "Despite me telling the crew a number of times that he temperature was FAR too low, no change was made. Now I am not a first time flyer and I know flights can get cold. I had a sweatshirt, socks, shoes, two blankets wrapped and it was still cold to the point that I put the blanket over my head. When I looked around the flight almost every single person was completely wrapped in blankets and had hoods, sarees, and scarves wrapped around their heads. I had my 1 year old infant who already had a head cold that I feel was worsened by the cold dry air. I spent my first few days in Kolkata pretty sick. I know the cold air doesn’t cause the illness but it certainly worsened any stuffy nose I had into a full blown cold and chest congestion. I was VERY upset by the discomfort on this flight especially after having a wonderful flight with Emirates from New York to Dubai. I really felt like the crew did not care despite clear discomfort the passengers were feeling. It was incredible how visible the discomfort was yet nothing was done to fix the temperature. The freezing cold air kept blowing right on everyone theoughout the flight."

Pros: "Two security checks, one at the door of the plane where they take bottles of water that have been purchased after passengers have passed through immigration and security make boarding very slow. There is no priority for Premium. The staff are efficient but service is basic. No sign of staff except when they are serving food. Seats are fine for a day flight. The food is very ordinary and some dishes were not available."

The service from the two hosts was poor with very little to no engagement or pleasantries. I compare this with Premium Economy class flights with other airlines I have flown and I will elect not to fly Cathy Pacific again. I also found the food and the service below average. No option for wine on this flight, just red or white."

Cons: "Considering travelling on business class, there were no more dinner for 2 people after 1 hour of sleeping. I though dinner should be on held when people were sleeping in business class. In fact, I am wrong."

Cons: "The world is turning to vegetarianism and I think that all flights should now have a veg and non-veg option by default and it should not be a necessary special meal as such. The Ovo-lacto meal that was given to my wife and I was OK compared to the actual vegetarian option that was present on the menu. The airline should inform passengers in advance that a certain leg of the journey would have vegetarian options."

Cons: "There was almost no information about what was happening with the delays. You need to do a better job of disseminating information. The food voucher was nice but it was all word of mouth among the passengers. To have a 5 hour delay is tough. You should have better charging facilities at your gates. You could only stand and charge and the plugs were all Hong Kong/English specific. Nothing universal about those plugs. I had to borrow an adapter to charge my laptop during the delay. The spicy fish dish tasted like it had been fouled during the delay. I like spicy fish generally but this tasted tainted."

Cons: "For such a long trans-oceanic flight, I am used to the cabin crew coming around with drinks on a regular basis to keep people hydrated. That didn't really happen on this flight; I had to get up twice and walk to where the crew were hanging out (in a closed-curtain area) and ask for water."

Cons: "The most uncomfortable experience ever! I was disturbed and/or woken up several times, during flight, by the flight attendances to place my seat in the upright position to accommodate the person sitting behind me who either wanted to drink alcoholic beverages every hour on the hour."

Pros: "The seats were smaller which is fine for a 1.5 hr flight but if I had to compare it to the first leg of the trip, these things stick out."
Cons: "The flight time seemed late. The plane was already there, the airport was empty and the gate was full. It would’ve been nicer if it was a little earlier, although getting through customs again might not be as easy for some people on a 3 hour layover?"

With running that late along with the grounds crew taking over an hour to get the bags off the plane, we along with many others missed our connecting flight. Based on the oh well attitude of the supposed manager at American Airlines/qantas I won't be taking qantas on my next trip."

Cons: "Entertainment screen doesn't work. Plane is freezing cold. Crew was very rude and ignores my requests. Never come when ask for service and completely ignores my first request of an extra blanket if possible. Never comeback to let me know if they have one or not and I was freezing to sick. I have to walk to the back of the plane to find someone to bring me a blanket. Yet he tries to cast me off by lying that he could not find one. When he realize that I really need one he said I can take one from empty seat if I can find any. But after me finding a blanket of another color on one of the empty seat he take it away rudely saying that it is "not for you". Come on I wouldn't take it if no one cares about me freezing and he finally bring me a blanket. And the crew was very unfriendly to me the entire time. When I tried to lay down a little, somehow it surprised the passenger who is behind me, the crew make such a scene that ask me outloud "be careful when moving your seat" well I did. Basically they make no efford to care about anything about me but are super nice to the people who's is behind me who are white and elder. Such obviously discrimination that I cannot tolerant. I have been having frequent international travel for the past 7 years and this is the first time I have such unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone. be warned."

Pros: "Qantas Airlines really made traveling a pleasure. The little extras like, chocolate snacks, ice cream, a huge selection of entertainment, the most current navigation systems that allowed you to know and see at ever minute exactly where you were on the journey, just to name a few. I also found the staff especially pleasant. Thank you Qantas"
