Pros: "Everything ! Staff was awesome , food was great and hi-tech plane with its entertainment consoles . Touch button options for ordering drinks , food , movies, chatting with other seat passangers , Wow! Blew my mind . We left on time and landed on time too. Pros: "Got a good price for RT ticket."
Cons: "Wasn’t fond of Qantas charging for seat selection for standard economy (international)."

It was not at all clear when purchasing the tickets that checked baggage was not included and cost $540 per bag. That’s unacceptable. I see it was clear if booking direct through the airline and a different economy ticket could have been purchased that included baggage. Kayak linked to flight centre where it was not clear though and there was no option to purchase the baggage inclusive economy version.

I never went and I’ve tried calling to cancel the flight see if I can postpone for another date but every time they’ll transfer me to another personal.

Pros: "On time, nice crew, clean aircraft."
Cons: "Check-in agt at bag drop was a sour puss. She could've been a bit nicer."
Pros: "Crew was so helpful"
Cons: "Food ...special ordered food didnt make it in any flight. And quality of food needs bit improvement"
Cons: "Older plane with very small and uncomfortable seats. Staff wasn’t nearly as attentive as in previous flights. Several mechanical glitches with the plane itself and with the food service"
Cons: "The seats were broken - did not stay reclined. Also the seat pocket had gaping holes in them - couldn't place anything properly."
Pros: "Coach seats reasonably comfortable. Coach bar service outstanding."
Cons: "Coach food quality, in-flight entertainment, and between meal snack service are average."
Pros: "The crew was really friendly."
Cons: "The entertainment options were really limited. Movie options were mostly older movies."
Pros: "Crew, food, drinks."
Cons: "More in flight entertainment options like movies to choose from."
Pros: "Good service, friendly staff, comfortable seats"
Cons: "Boarding in Fiji was hectic, several searches and interruptions in line from staff who had trouble communicating"

Headphones should be free. Add at least free cookies/crackers but not only drinks.

Seats are more spacious than usual. It was short flight, so experience regarding food or entertainment.

Fare for value was excellent. 30 minutes late on arrival, but tolerable as had no connections.

Cons: "Departed one hour late due to weather from incoming flight departure city, YVR."
Cons: "Flight was unable to land in Vancouver due to aircraft problem, and diverted to Seattle. Spent the night there; still waiting to get back the next morning. Serious disruption of business day for my wife and me as a result."
Cons: "Main meal was the worst I have had in over 10 years on a plane. I got the pasta. There were no vegetables or color other than yellow/orange in the dish. The side was a potato salad, which is also not very nutritious. Then you get a brownie and a roll. The breakfast/snack was also a pumpkin slice of bread. The overall food options were not very diverse in terms of the food groups. I thought plane food had improved in the last decade or so, but not on this flight."
Pros: "Smooth ride"
Cons: "The food. The technical difficulties with entertainment. The red wine that landed on my clothes as the stained bottle was given to me"
Pros: "The crew was pleasant."
Cons: "The boarding procedure was quite confusing with one agent giving verbal instruction but intercom instruction was contradictory. The entertainment for a long haul flight was a bit disappointing, compared to Air New Zealand it is definitely lacking. The comfort was subpar as well with seats lacking adequate cushion. Needing to repeat everything in French!!"
Pros: "Flight wasn't crowded and it was a quiet flight."
Cons: "Flight was delayed an hour, but baggage arrived fine."
Pros: "The crew ensured that all my needs were met while on the flight. Truly a pleasurable experience."
Cons: "Nothing... Can't exactly shorten the distance."
Cons: "I was sitting two rows from the bathroom and the entire time the bathroom reeked of urine. It was unbearable."
Pros: "Choice of films good."
Cons: "Food very poor quality. Very limited leg room. Uncomfortable seats. Chaotic check-in/bag-drop I process."
Pros: "Friendly and helpful crew, seats were newer and a bit more comfortable than my other United flight."
Cons: "Everything else, delays on top of understandable weather delays, slow boarding, poor snack and drink options,"
Pros: "Nothing At All"
Cons: "United Airlines Was Unwilling To Assist With The Changing Of My Flight Due To The Circumstances In Puerto Rico And Wanted To Charge Me $1250 Just To Move My Flight One Day I Will Never Be Using This Service Again. Not To Mention They Wanted To Charge Me $75 Just To Pay For My Bags In Cash"
Cons: "4+ hour delay due to mechanical failures. My seat video monitor was broken. Missed connection rescheduled through a different airline. My luggage didn't make the change, and though I was told they would deliver it to my hotel late that night, it didn't arrive until mid-morning the next day."
Pros: "Getting off the plane"
Cons: "The guy puked halfway through the flt and not one single flt attendant came even though they were serving drinks repeatedly to the dr sitting in the row in front of me. Also the flt was delayed as we waited almost an hour for people trying to connect which made me more upset since I was rebooked on that later flt because although my previous flt was there half hour before departure, we didn't have a gate to use which caused me to be 15 mins late for my original flt. Did they wait for me?! NO! I was rebooked. It's unfair that they stole an hour of life from every other passenger to accommodate a few. Back to the guy who puked, an hour after that he started shaking and grabbing his head and asking me why am I hurting his heart. Then incoherent blathering and then his last episode 20 minutes before we land in which he started hitting himself in the head saying he would die right now for his wife and how he's made mistakes. It was three separate incidents from this one passenger and not one flt attendant noticed? Yeah it was bad piled on worse stacked on top of never United ever again."
Cons: "Getting rebooked even though I was landed but there was no gate! We sat there over half an hour which caused me to be 20mins late for my flt. The plane was gone and I had to wait three hours for the next flt and then get boarded and sit there an additional hour for other people to make that flt!!! Rebook them too would have been fair instead of wasting a plane full of people's time."
Cons: "Delayed almost 2 hours, causing me to miss my connection flight. Had to pay extra $460 to purchase next available flight which delayed my arrival time 6 hours! Horrible experience !"
Cons: "not that it is the fault of the airline, but it was turbulent flight"
Cons: "The bathroom was filthy and had no hand paper nor toilet paper. It was clear no one had cleaned the bathroom during the flight."
